This machine not only looks good but is easy to use. The bean compartment has a large capacity. I really like the individual user function to programme my coffee preferences, for the size cup I like to use :-) The machine is easy to clean and quite compact. I do seem to be always filling up the water container, as it is smaller than I am used to with my previous inbuilt machine. I would like to be able to make the temperature setting hotter. I have it set on maximum but it's still a little cool for my liking.

Best coffee machine has decreased the amount of money spent on takeaway coffee. It’s great you will not regret the purchase. We bought beans from our coffee shop and now we have the same coffee at home. It does take a little long to make a couple of coffees. The Bluetooth is a waste of time as you need to be near the machine,

Bought this as a warranty replacement for another machine. Machine looks great, and was easy to setup. Clean cycles are easy too. Coffee choices are many and you can save your custom settings for a variety of drinks of your choice. Coffee taste is good and crema is decent. Overal happy with purchase. Bought this machine at less than half rrp and received a $100 cash back promo as well which made it a no brainer purchase. 8/10 rating from me.

We had a nespresso pod machine, but you just can’t compare it to the taste of the coffee from this machine, it’s honestly on par with coffee shops if not more consistent than them!
Super easy to use and you can sync it and make it from your phone to turn on and make coffee. Only downside is it cleans first so cant leave a cup there ready for the morning or you’ll get that in with your morning coffee!

I have had one issue with it frothing, but I took the frothed apart gave it a good clean, and ensured the two holes of the turn were pointing left/right (good old google) and it was fine.
Definitely recommend! Best decision, don’t regret it for a second!

My PrimaDonna Elite has made my mornings so much faster, after I set up the profile to make my cappuccino how I want it, it's just 1 button and my coffee is ready without any more effort. I find that I need to clean the infuser every few weeks or my coffee starts to get a bitter taste, but it only takes about 1 minute and everything is great again!

Really simple and easy to use and produces HOT coffee - yay. We have had a couple of machines but this is the hottest by far. I do wish it just reverted to the main screen after each coffee instead of asking you to rinse straight after as you have to esc out to make more than one - previous models were easier.

This machine makes very poor coffee in automatic mode, you need to make the coffee manually to tailor the coffee to your taste, although you can save the settings for next next or future use . It's very easy to use and self cleans
Every time you use it. Not quite fully cleans itself but to a certain stage until the grounds need emptying and drip tray needs emptying.!
Not worth it, buy the cheaper model and it operates and makes coffee just as good .!!

This coffee machine may look amazing with all the buttons and colour graphics but the coffee it makes is on the same level terrible level as Mcdonalds!!!!!!
*update After 4 months of use this machine makes above average coffee, nowhere as good as the Saeco coffee machine we used to have which you cant buy anymore. The problem is that the coffee doesnt have enough crema as it used to. Its above average. It takes a while to get the settings correct.
