Useless after 3 months of use and impossible to contact the customer service
I am having trouble with my new Devanti robot purchased on he 20th January 2022.
Now, my robot is useless as it won't work for more than 1 min while it's fully charged, there is no error message, it just stops...
The quality of the cleaning was getting worse lately: bug when hit a wall, won't try to turn right or left, it would just try to force the wall... It also ignores the virtual wall most of the time... It would miss spots that it didn't miss the first week.

Excellent value for getting a basic vacuum done before a big clean.
We wanted something that would pick up the ever-present dog hair and this does the trick!
Quite a few alternatives were reviewed before this purchase - yes, it doesn't also mop, but my family didn't need that feature. We just wanted the dog hair picked up!
It sometimes has trouble finding the home base - but we haven't found that an issue.
In other reviews of similar/same products noise was mentioned. It's not silent but it's not ridiculously loud - just a bit of white noise as it goes about its business!

Thank you for your prompt reply. I bought the product off ebay and cannot find the invoice. It is out of warranty anyway. I only have the user manual. It only has model no: RVC-B3000-GY on it.

Although it's out of warranty, you can still contact the seller for parts enquiry. You can log into your Ebay account, under Order History, you'll find the order details. From there, you can click into "Contact Seller" to initiate the message. They'll be able to advice you the solutions for it.

Glad that you posted this question! We are not selling the side brush separately at this point. However, you can email [email protected] with your issue, SKU, full name and address, and our customer service team will arrange a replacement side brush for you.
