Appalling Customer Service
From a business owner myself, I am absolutely gobsmacked at the customer service I have NOT received from Discount Beauty Boutique.
I ordered an OPI gel polish on the 6th February 2020. I then sent an email enquiring about delivery as I needed It for my sisters wedding. I received an email back from [Name Removed] on the 18th February 2020 advising that it was on a pre-order basis (which was not stated upon check out) and that the shipment was still in transit to them. this product from another source and advised them via email on the 22nd March 2020. Even after advising them on the 22nd, I then received a shipping notification on the 24th March advising it has been shipped and to date have still not received any correspondence, refund OR product (which I don’t need and cancelled!) I have since sent 4 seperate emails, Facebook messages and Instagram messages with no reply, although they have been posting and updating on there. I recommend people buy elsewhere, although they may be “cheaper”, their customer service is disgusting.3 comments

Anytime a package is not collected from the post office after the 10 working days they hold it for, the post office returns the article and automatically charges our business account the RTS fee.
Yeah you took my money and you wouldn’t respond to my emails and then just decided to ship an item I cancelled 2 days prior.

This is the first time I have written a bad review.
I purchased the OPI GelColor Package from Discount Beauty Boutique.
1. The UV lamp is faulty. It is cheaply made and I found the exact same one on Wish. I have had to throw it away in the bin.
2. I received 118mL of Acetone instead of 237mL.
3. I received the wrong nail colour - you could of contacted me if you did not have the colour available.
4. When I opened the package, it was an absolute mess. The nail polish bottles were chipped and the 10 pack remover wraps were all scrunched up.

Worst Customer Service, Broken Items Dont Get Replaced, Even WITH Insurance!!
If i could give a 0, i would!! I ordered a palette for my birthday i had been wanting for a long time. It arrived and SEVERAL of the shadows in the palette were shattered/broken. I had insurance on it, i messaged [Name Removed] and she was very blunt and rude. ( Thats when id eventually get a reply) Told me i broke it, refused a replacement or a refund. I then went through afterpay and even they had trouble communicating with her. Ive messaged several times and left comments, all which get deleted. This company is horrible, spend your money elsewhere. Reported to ACCC and needs to be shut down. 0/10 BEWARE.

Afterpay also have copies of these as we had provided them for their reference. I do not appreciate defamatory statements being made against myself or my company. ordered on 20th March, said 1 to 3 business days to process due to busy time, 10 business days and one email from me later, still nothing not even the common decency to answer my first email, my order still unfulfilled on the site, very disappointing and unprofessional, would never recommend this company. they are still sending out emails trying to get people to.purchase from them, even though they can't fulfill current orders but are happy to take payment from customers.

Be warned!!!
I purchased from this company and since receiving my parcel I've had nothing but trouble with getting in contact with [Name Removed]. Comments get deleted on Facebook and Instagram and you get blocked. She's got no customer service skills and I’m appalled by what I’ve read on here!!! WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!
I have bought many times from Discount Beauty Boutique and my last purchase I wanted to cancel - I emailed requesting a cancellation and refund within 5 minutes of making the order. I got an email back a few days later (I had already sent 2 emails by this stage) and the reply I got was [Name Removed] saying there’s no where to send returns to and it’s not their policy. Once any order is made that’s it! [Name Removed] was rude, abrupt and couldn’t care less. I have emailed multiple times since and not received a response. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

Absolutely disgusting customer service.
I've purchased once from this company, got a faulty products, now it's been 2 weeks and I've not received one email back or even a message off Facebook. I would have been a repeat customers but no way!! This is absolutely disgusting. The lady that said her comments were deleted and blocked was very correct!! Mine have been as well and I'm sure I've been blocked. (Well I was blocked and the poor excuse was I posted something that was rude on her Facebook business page. Which is absolute rubbish.)

Worst service and never received the product - should be zero stars
I ordered a nail polish for a wedding party on 31.10.19 and when it hadn't arrived after a week I emailed her. Samantha responded on 07.11.19 saying it would be sent out the following week. It is now nearly 3 weeks since then and still no nail polish. This woman is not capable of fulfilling a simple order - do not use Discount Beauty Boutique

I ordered a shellac nail polish 29/09 paid EXPRESS SHIPPING (yes I know orders don’t get processed over the weekend) and I still have not received an email to notify me my order has been dispatched. After reading the reviews on this site regarding Discount Beauty Boutique I definitely will be thinking twice about purchasing from there. Lastly reading through previous reviews on this site I find it very unprofessional that the business owner would go out of her way to go back and fourth with a customer regarding an order the customer didn’t receive which lead to the customer disputing it PayPal. Ordered months ago - still waiting
Ordered in July it’s now September I’ve received nothing. Communication is poor, plus their “help centre” doesn’t seem to work. First email on the 17 July confirmed order 2nd email on the 20th July saying much the same thing did give me a tracking number, however when I checked the tracking again in August it seemed to have changed from advising me the order had left their country to telling me there was a delay due to high demand - so in actual fact they never sent it in July when they indicated that had. Glad I only put in a small order, an order I doubt I’ll ever receive . I won’t be using them again

My company is based in QLD Australia and all orders ship from our QLD Warehouse. When we dispatch orders, customers receive their tracking information from Aus Post, as we use eParcel, customers receive email updates when Aus Post collect the packages from us and they receive updates right up to delivery day. I suggest you double check the company you purchased from on your order confirmation and see if you can find any social media accounts they may have and try reaching out to them that way? Unprofessional and terrible customer service (no customer service)
Terrible customer service. After weeks of my order not arriving I contacted them through their insta which is where I ordered through. No answer but they were posting. I tried again. No answer still. to go through pay pal to get my money back and they did an investigation. We get an email over a month later saying it’s been shipped. I don’t know why it took so long as all the products where available on their website and they didn’t send me any indication on when to expect my order and read my messages and ignored/ blocked me. Not once did they apologise. Products are actually ok besides a UV lamp looking cheap like they got it from wish and selling at a higher price. The lamps come direct from our salon supplier/wholesaler, we do not purchase on wish. Can I just say, we didn't appreciate you filing a counter claim with PayPal stating you received no goods at all, after they were finalising your first claim once they had seen you received the order from the tracking information. Once we provided PayPal with the Proof of Delivery PDF that showed the date, time, your name & signature of you accepting the package, your counter claim was rejected right away.
