I have been first time to this shop,which is located in paramtta,so was easy for me to search.i was very much satisfied with there customer service.i have been to other shop to fix my phone but no one couldn't fix it,but drboom was so quick to relief my problem

Jackie in eastgardens could not have been more helpful, they fixed my XS max that I honestly thought was fit for the bin.l I could not believe the job they had done! Incredible service, so professional and helpful, highly recommend these guys!!!

I thought my iPhone was in need of a new charging port. Jackie was amazing. She cleaned it out and thoroughly inspected it. She then tested with a charger and it charged perfectly. Highly recommended.

Mush raw repaired my phone in half a hour and he gave me discount. And he is been to me kind. Anyway fix very very quickly. In this lockdown time got my phone fixed with great service.

I went to Dr Boom Communications at Eastgardens looking for a screen protector and that's when I met Jackie who was extremely knowledgeable with her products and the customer service was just too good to be true but most of all i loved how jackie was very honest with me so i could get the best product for my phone. I would highly recommend going there for any of your phone needs. One very happy and satisfied customer.

I would like to thank Priya and David at Dr Boom Level 2 Westfields Parramatta. After going to two other phone repair stores with quotes on fixing a damaged Apple x mobile phone ranging from $199 to $220, then going to two vodafone stores who advised to put in a insurance claim - therefore having to go without my phone and pay an excess of up to $300 or renew my contract costing about $380. I finally took a chance and went to Dr Boom. How wonderful. Priya asked to look at my phone, said good news it’s only the screen protector that’s damaged and replaced it with a new protector - total cost $30
Couldn’t believe it. In a world where it seems people find it quite easy to rip off customers, not Dr Boom .. Bravo and Thank you

When I entered the store and was advised by Jackie that these are my options for a iPhone cover and then proceeded to have a look and my choice was starring me in the eye . The house of Harlow looked great and that’s what I bought . Jackie explained the history of this cover which gave me more excitement .

Fantastic service. I thought I'd lost all my data. Mushtaq was great. Very knowledgeable. Fixed phone. Very prompt service, 100 per cent recommend. Will definitely return if I damage phone again.

Krish was very professional and courteous and solved the problem promptly. Excellent customer service which I would definitely recommend highly. Also showed me how to deal with the problem in the future.

Brilliant service by Jackie at DR Boom Eastgardens. She even went out of her way to go and get a screen which I needed replacing straight away! Definitely will be coming back.

Went to Dr Boom at East Gardens in Sydney yesterday with a cracked screen - I had less than 30 minutes to have it repaired. Jackie was very helpful and Giacomo did the job in around 20 minutes. I had been hesitating to have it repaired but felt very comfortable there. Staff were friendly and professional. Would highly recommend this store.

It was so easy to find the store with its great location on the lower level with Jackie at the front of the store ready to greet you with her welcoming energy and warm smile. Jackie was very helpful in directing me straight to the products she believed were best for me and my phone. I was impressed to see that the products they stocked in the store were of very high quality. KRISH was a great help. Friendly and fair. Highly recommend. Best phone service place I've been to. If you want great service and reasonable price, go here. Not charged because Optus made a mistake.

I had a problem with my mobile phone and tom showed so much patience with my lack of knowledge to help solve my problem.
The shop was just about to close but that didn't bother him he just kept working until he fixed my phone. I highly recommend his

Paid $400 for my Samsung 8 screen to be fixed front and back, they told me it was 3 month warranty, but I didn't get the fine print I guess, took the phone home and with in 2 days there was a small crack on the back screen, I hadn't dropped the phone or Sat on it or anything, the phone hadn't even left the house, I thought I will just deal with it coz it was a small crack then about a week after that another crack appeared on the front screen again the phone had not been dropped or handled in a rough manner, this time I thought no I'm taking it...

I went and got my screen replaced there last year, and I had to fix my screen under warranty because when they had put a screen on it had been faulty. When I went to collect my phone I noticed they had not put my screen protector back on (paid 50$ for a glass screen protector) so I told them to put it back on, and they out a plastic one on that cost like 5$, only finding that I had been cheated after my phone screen broke shortly after and I realised they didn't replace my screen protector with the one I originally bought. Cheated out of 250$. And the screen is dim and not the same quality as apple.
