Daniel attended our house for tile and grout cleaning and outdoor pavers. His manner was cheery, nothing was a problem and he was very professional and efficient. I would use him again and also refer him to our friends.

A habitual cheap skate, I have tried many other carpet cleaning companies which were just that bit cheaper than DryMaster but always had some little disappointment with the service. So I decided to spend just that but more to see what the difference was, and wow. They really helped lift some stains out of my carpet and even removed a stain my cat had accidentally left on the couch that I had given up on!

This is the second time Ive used them, and will definitely continue using them!

A big thank you to Dan for making my carpets and couch smell so much better and look so much cleaner! All the pet stains are gone. It took a bit longer to dry than anticipated, but it was an afternoon job and it’s winter, so that’s to be expected.

Dan did a wonderful job cleaning our carpets in lounge room two bedrooms and hall. He was efficient and did the whole job in less time than I thought it would take. He was friendly throughout and I would definitely recommend Drymaster Carpet Cleaning and use again. I would like to add that on finding Drymaster on the Internet Mark telephoned to discuss the job I felt that was first class.

We would have no hesitation calling Drymaster for any future stains on carpet. They use an amazing product, specially developed to treat coffee stains. We wish we'd called them sooner, rather than try to treat the stain ourselves as we didn't have the right equipment to extract the coffee from the underlay. Their service is prompt & efficient - we appreciated same-day response to our urgent request on a Saturday. It was reassuring to speak to the knowledgeable manager prior to the technician arriving.

I was completely satisfied with Dan's professionalism and attention to detail. The job was completed a couple of weeks ago now and it is still looking great, even the pet stained area. My only slight criticism would be that the carpet took longer to dry than I was expecting. When Dan followed up the progress of the job later in the day I did point out that the carpets were taking longer to dry. Dan immediately offered to bring out some fans to assist with the drying process but I graciously declined the offer. It was not that problematic but it is something to consider - whether to tell customers a longer drying time frame.

Dan did a great job of cleaning our rug and couch cushions. Very reasonable priced and super friendly. Had to deal with our cat and 3 y.o. Highly recommend Drymaster
