Great job done by Drytron last Friday, quality workmanship and exellent results. Found them through a friend and will pass them on to others. One less thing to worry about while working from home!

I had Drytron come out to clean my carpets and couch. With three kids at home for weeks now i had slime stains on the carpets and texta on my couch as well as other food stains. The man got all stains out and was very friendly and new his job well. Very happy i found them and will use again

We would not recommend Drytron, we had them come out to clean our couches,the representative was completely disinterested in cleaning the two couches and after 5 minutes of being in our home he gave us the phone number and details of a competitor company. Head Office were great in addressing this matter however I have now lost faith in the company and will not be using them moving forward.

I have used Drytron many times on my carpets and furniture. Each time they have promptly arrived, provided an exceptional clean, and were always happy to help with a friendly attitude. Their prices are very reasonable, and their scotchguard seems to just last and last. Will recommend to anyone looking for a great service at a great price!

Terrible Service, Very high charge and did not follow up on complaint. Will complain to Consumer Affairs. Never deal with them. I contacted Drytron and ask for carpet cleaning and removal of furniture and placing it back after cleaning. I also asked for one rug cleaning. Service was terrible, they overcharged and did not move furniture and did not clean under the furniture either. I complained and they said they will return my call which they did not. I wrote them an email with no response. I will call Consumer Affairs to get all my money back and report their terrible service. I will never call them again and never recommend them to anyone.

My friend used this company many years ago. He rang them to see how much it would be to have a 5 seat sedan cleaned and he was told it was $90 for all the seats. So when I rang to book I was told it was $90 per seat. ($90 x 5) I informed my friend and he said that can’t be right. So he rang again to confirm it was $90 for all the seats which they did. So I rang again only to be told once again that it was $90 per seat. I told my friend (again), so he rang them to blast them. They then re-called me to now say it was $90 for all the seats. They will try to scam and rip you off. Don’t deal with this company!

I booked 2 months in advance, TO BE SURE that the end of lease carpet cleaning will be done few hours before inspection. They cancelled 2 hours before they were supposed to come and couldn't rescheduled it before ... the next day! Very unprofessional, had to find in emergency another company (thankfully found one available willing to come in the next hour, after having called a dozen of them ...). Moving our overseas was a very stressful time for us and we definitely did not need this on the last day.

I didn’t even get to the point of managing a quote let alone a booking with this company. The Malvern mobile number was out of area for Glen Waverley (only a few suburbs away) and not at all I interested. Their central 13 number was answered answered by ‘[name removed]’ who couldn’t hear me because she was on speaker phone. Exasperated

Terrible. Avoid at all costs -damaged the surface of our timber flooring while cleaning the chairs. Gave us the run-around when we complained and ignored communications.

Thankyou Drytron for your help with a move out clean last week. I originally booked another company to clean my carpets with poor results and my agents would not release the bond. I then booked with Drytron after some recommendations and they got all the stains out that the previous company left behind. I now have my bond back and can move on. You pay for what you get! Thanks again Drytron.

I have taken the time to write this review as i was so impressed with Drytron after they attended my home with sort notice to clean my carpets after Christmas lunch left me with a large red wine stain amongst other stains from my grandchildren. From booking to completion they were professional polite and extremely capable removing all stains with ease. The price was fair for the work they did. I will be calling on Drytron from now on.

I had booked 3 days in advance.
Drytron cancelled 2 hours before works were due to start. (their email states to give them 24 hours notice in advance for any changes however cannot do the same for their customers)

I have taken a day off work to complete the works. Drytron very unprofessional and disorganised. They have cost me a day off work for nothing.

I do not recommend them.

This is my second time using Drytron to dry clean carpets at different properties.
On time, quick easy reliable service that you can count on. It was a big task as the carpets were quite dirty.
I am a property manager with an eye for detail and they never disappoint.
I will be continuing to use Drytron.

Drytron came to my home last Tuesday to clean my carpets as my daughter found my nail polish and decided to paint the carpet!! In all 3 bedrooms. They came the next day and removed all the nail polish completely. The also cleaned my lounge room which had previous stains that had been there forever. So glad i found Drytron and will use them again. Booking was easy, the staff member was polite and very professional. I can recommend them to anyone wanting a professional service.

I have used Drytron for many years now and have moved suburbs using different Franchised areas. I have found Drytron to be thoroughly reliable, efficient and professional. Its a pity some of the reviews on here are focused on damaging their 30 year reputation. They really should manage this page.
