Dynamic Property Services-Less than 1 star
Unprofessional, disorganised, refuse to return calls to lot owners or strata committee members and refuses to provide minutes of meetings when requested. In despiration lodged a complaint with Dept of Fair Trading, complaint upheld, but had to commence proceedings with NCAT to get copy of complaint documentation, eventually complaint outcome was released and my costs paid. As a Strata Committee member, I am investigating how to terminate Strata Management Contract. I am lodging application with NCAT to force release of past mintues.
Extremely poor service.
Terrible service. They deny access to information and don’t seem to be aware of legislative requirements. Only threats to take issues to the Tribunal or mediation elicit a response. Even then they don’t answer questions but stick to a standard response. Stay away.

Unethical, unprofessional Strata Manager
Eliza Mayne has not responded to our phones calls and on the occasions she does is rude, lies and provides incorrect information pertaining to by laws. I recommend she is reassigned back to what she does best working as a a receptionist
Unhelpful, slow and obstructive to requests
They don’t send out alerts for essential work and property access to owners or agents
They don’t provide updates in broken equipment repairs, ie swipe, lifts or intercom outages despite requests
Communication poor, late or non existent to owners and agencies to advise tenants
Action very slow on requests or repairs.
Extremely time consuming following these things up.

Wouldn’t recommend. My dealings with Dynamic Property Services are as an owner of an apartment in a complex they strata manage. I raised amending a by-law that is potentially harsh, unconscionable and oppressive while not keeping with contemporary standards. The strata manager was initially dismissive in emails and did not seem objectively engaged in assisting in the process to review this by-law. I currently live in a Dynamic property. They are terrible to deal with. They often lie in their responses. They keep the organization chart under wraps and it’s extremely difficult to get any information. They are often slow to respond. They write threatening letters to try to scare renters and property owners. They also act like attorneys when they are just office workers. Dynamic receives millions in strata fees from residents but feels little responsibility to be accountable. It’s a giant racket and there is a current movement to remove them as a strata management company.
They don't care about you.
I would not recommend Dynamic to manage your strata. I have found their customer service to be very poor. In my experience, Dynamic will do very little to assist anyone but themselves.

DPS Bulk Energy Offer
Our strata complex which consists of 4 residential strata plans and a commercial plan recently undertook a bulk energy renewal via Dynamic Property Services. They did a fantastic job of negotiating us an amazing deal and saving us over $45,000 a year. We highly recommend DPS as property managers.
Terrible Service
I first sent an application to [Names Removed] regarding installing external blinds for our balcony on the 20th of February, there are 8 other balconies in the complex that have these so I thought it would be quite a simple process, but this definitely is not the case. I have been trying to get my application through for over 6months now and they rarely respond to emails or return phone calls, one email I sent them with the full application attached wasn't even opened as they asked for exact information that was in the attachment. Their service is beyond poor and if you are on a strata committee looking for a strata management company definitely stay away from Dynamic Property Services.
Excellent service
Last week my complex suffered severe flooding due to a burst hot water pipe. Both Miki and Jessica were fantastic with their quick responses and very professional and a credit to Dynamic

Dynamic Strata Management
Dynamic has provided professional strata management for our 94 lot strata for over 8 years, but our current manager (Megan) has lifted the service level above her predecessors. Great Service thanks, from an old committee member.
Beyond hopeless
Having problems with a neighbors A/C since July 2018, rust and water over my balcony and it sounds like a jackhammer when on for long periods of time.
Have emailed Sarah Jedda numerous times with a response with owner has be notified.
Nothing has changed. Appalling service.
Jessica Kaye is the best Strata Manager that I have ever dealt with!!!
I own several investment properties and have dealt with numerous strata managers over the years. I can honestly say that Jess is the best strata manager that I have ever been involved with. Jess is extremely knowledgeable, prompt in responding to my queries, proactive in resolving issues and follows up on outstanding issues that would normally drag on (even when the onus is on others to provide information). Jess is a quality asset that Dynamic Property Services should be proud to have working as part of their organisation.
Questions & Answers
Why does your staff never reply to owners emails and voicemails regarding issues in buildings your Strata Managers are supposed to manage? Absolutely appalled at the unprofessionalism and ignorance.

Further we can advise that By-law 12 in the Common Property Memorandum relating to your residence states that air conditioning units are a lot owner's responsibility, not the owners' corporation.
