This is the second time I have used elecfirst and would recommend them. Both times the guys turned up on time when they said they would, very professional, and extremely helpful with all my questions. Did the work with a minimum fuss and worked efficiently, am really happy with the work. Great work from a great team.

Antonio and Ben from ElectFirst, were prompt, arrived when they said they would. They were professional, and respectful, I am completely satisfied with the work completed. I would definately use the company again.

Dale & Jack completely rewired my home, which involved the electricity box,
light switches, powerpoints, plus all new lights, fans, stove,dishwasher,and
reverse cycle AC.
This was a huge job over five days. They were always polite, efficient, and professional and had time to answer any concerns l may have had.
I would highly recommend Dale and Jack as well as Ash.P. who organized the quote. He was a pleasure to deal with.

The work was done efficiently and in good spirits and clear communication. All the problems seem to have been cleared up and the work was neat and functional. Very willing tradesmen.

Like a lot of the poor reviews, I opted for the $49 call out fee as you can’t get any pricing even indicative over the phone. When booking, I expected to cop it a bit price wise for the prompt service but nearly $1100 for a couple of hours work. I politely told the guy no thanks. I asked the guy do people actually fell for this and his response was normally you have to wait 2 weeks for a sparky and we can do it straight away. Obviously they get there foot in the door and it’s too easy for people to say yes. Unless you like paying overs, avoid.

Very good service. Ben called in advance, attended on time and offered practical solution to the problem at hand.

i called late Friday afternoon. Jared arrived around 2.30, advised me what was required and a quote and arranged to come back first thing Saturday - so much pressure I had open house at noon. Job all complete by 9am.

Jared Gibson was my electrician he arrived at 7:30 am on the dot. He replaced 46 switches and one circuit breaker in meter box that had been recalled. He had left as all his work was completed perfectly. I then called Electfirst because I had found a heater stuck on in bathroom which was not part of his work and he came back within five minutes and fixed that for me as well. Can’t ask for better service than that. I would give more stars if I could.

Dale and Jack upgraded our switchboard, installed 2 separate power points and replaced 2 smoke detectors today. I would have no hesitation in recommending ElecFirst and these two guys for any future electrical work.

Ben A called prior to arriving to ensure my convenience. Upon arriving he assessed and explained the procedure awaiting confirmation from me whether to proceed. Ben worked efficiently without stopping, cleaned after him as well as locking the gate. He stated that he would have to return the following day to install piping to protect the wires. He asked when suited best me and returned exactly as discussed with another outstanding job. Highly recommended for prompt, efficient and professional service.
