Purchased in 2016! Still going strong
Great little vacuum for the price of $190!!
Suction is very reasonable for a cordless of ~ 20 min power time.
Light, relatively quiet, and very easy to manoeuvre! It has some LED lights at the suction head also to help where there is poor light.
Definitely worth buying compared to the expensive Dyson model!

Rubbish, battery does not hold charge just outside of warranty
Not happy at all with this product. Does not hold charge and is just out of 2 year warranty. Rang Electrolux seeking assistance who simply dismissed the concerns with comment "Any product with a battery will experience this issue and there is nothing we can do to assist". "Take it to a service centre for repairs at your own costs".

Great stick vac - perfect for a quick clean up
Bought this on a whim as I was walked past it on special - so glad I did. Having owned numerous stick vacuum cleaners in the past, I am happy with the performance of this little number. It was easy to assemble, charged well and is perfect for doing a quick clean up of the kitchen or tiled living areas. I use it when I don't want to bother pulling out the Dyson or vacmaid...it seems to pick up most debris and the handvac is perfect for doing under the lounge cushions. Stays charged to do the two living areas, kitchen and dining area - and ...Read more
still running. It also has a 'quiet' mode which is also less powerful if need be. There is also a light, which I suppose is handy for seeing what is under the lounge suite etc. All up, very happy with my Ergorapido 10.8V two in one stick vacuum - especially the price.Similar opinion? Dud vacuum cleaner
My grandmother bought this vacuum cleaner a couple of years ago because she was finding it difficult to use the bigger one she had.Whilst it worked well initially it suddenly stopped working and appears the battery won't charge. From other reviews here, this seems to be a typical problem with this model. Given that it wasn't that cheap to purchase, I would have expected more from an Electrolux product. Should have bought a Dyson.

Update on my review. Electrolux sent out a new battery which I will need to arrange to have fitted. Pleased that Electrolux offered this as a solution. Hoping it won't cost too much to have fitted because I was told it needs to be soldered.

The rollers under the head piece broke quickly and when I rang they said they would replace but neve
Was happy when it worked. Was light and easy to use especially under beds. Used on Tile floors only and it stored easily in my linen cupboard.
Was disappointed when the rollers broke and I couldnt use it any more. They said they would replace the head but I never ever got the replacement.

Not even 2 years old and it's not working.
I was really pleased with this as I am unable to use large vacuums. Unfortunately it isn't holding its charge longer than 10 seconds now. It's 2 years old in 2 months but considering what u pay it should last much longer. I had one previously without a lithium battery and was told this one would last longer not so!
April 4th 2017 Update: Electrolux Don't answer emails
I posted the review below last week and straight away Electrolux posted on the site to contact them care of their customer care. Guess what you don't hear anything back from them when you bother to send an email. They immediately respond so it looks good on site but then zilch contact.

love it very handy
Very easy and light to handle and also good as lithium battery means no cords just as good as a full size vacuum. I vacuum my polished floorboards with no problems but also have carpet in bedrooms which it cleans well. Picks up dog hair with ease and having it in a central area the whole family use it.

Let down by batteries
worked great for 11 months, but we now join the pages of others who are faced with a battery operated appliance that won't work on battery! Seems the product is only as good as the warranty period. I can see replacement batteries online at around $80, but I'm not sure I want to go down the path of pulling the unit apart every year just to inject more money into it.

One star is too good for this junk
This vacuum was only three months old when it stopped working. I called customer service the end of April and was told I would need a new adapter, and that it would be supplied "as a one-time courtesy." But I was told the part was not in stock and thus would be delayed--and then further delayed due to shipping. Electrolux should have at least expedited the shipping but didn't. As a result, I was without a vacuum for an entire month. The adapter finally arrived on May 27, but the vacuum still doesn't work. It runs for one second, and that's it. The product is crappy and so is Electrolux customer service. What good is their two-year warranty!

Awful
This product broke in less than seven days. The suction stopped working and it somehow managed to dump the previous day's dirt all over the floor. Luckily, I can get my money back or swap it over. I seriously DO NOT recommend this product, it's a complete waste of money.

Thanks, Linda. I dropped it back to The Good Guys this morning. I've swapped it for an Ergospace, which had great reviews. Such a shame about the 2 in 1.
UPDATE: Ergospace died less than a year out of warranty. My parents have a Tellus which has worked for 40 years!

Good product but battery life deteriorates
The vacuum cleaner is great as it is portable and detaches to serve 2 separate functions. When I clean my car I take it apart and use it in the car to clean it with the various attachments supplied. The only problem with this product is the lack of power and diminishing life of the battery. These are things that I think the company is obviously working on and I look forward to a new model in the future.

Kind of disappointed..
I wanted to like this vacuum so bad, especially since I cannot afford to buy another one. I live in a 2/2 apartment, and at first, this vacuum got the job done. I used it to spot clean, seeing as the suction isn't good enough to get anything heavier than a goldfish. I don't let my house get super dirty, so this worked well enough for me. Other than this, the charge wouldn't last very long when I used it. That's when it worked, anyway. After about 6 months of using it, the battery no longer charges, and it shuts off 2 seconds after turning it on to vacuum. Disappointed. :(

Terrible
This has to be the worst vacuum ever! It was a gift to us and had to be replaced 6 months later as it didn't hold a charge. Now we are on to our second one and again about a year later it holds about 5 seconds worth of charge. Hopeless. Does not pick up anything. Total waste of money! Going in the bin!

No more lugging the vacuum upstairs
I won my ZB3010 Electrolux Ergorapido and I couldn't have received a better prize. I have an upstairs attic bedroom with very steep stairs, so lugging my big vac upstairs was quite a chore. The revolving brush head is great and the battery power is sufficient to clean upstairs and also take downstairs for quick tidy ups between major vacuuming. The handheld is great for doing the car and upholstery. Love it!

Love it!
I have been using the Ergorapido for a few weeks now and love it...I love the ease of use. How light it is and easy to move about the house. From carpet to tiles it doesn't miss a beat. What I really really though love is that even the kids love using it!
light, easy, cordless

I have the same problem, won't charge and only lasts 5-10 seconds then cuts out while vaccuming.
Electrolux customer service - please respond here !!!
Where are you?
What are you going to offer all these unfortunate people?
What does your r&d department say?
Is it the lithium battery failing to hold any charge after 1-2 years?
Waiting for a response !!!

Replace the battery but it may need soldering skills. Battery cells can be found almost everywhere also see your model some may have 18650 lithium ion battery or similar before buy check details on your. Like voltage and mah. Type etc.. easy job on soldering.

Our unit quit after using it one day. Took it completely apart; full of hair & lint all up in the motor & circuitboard area. Cleaned it thoroughly & reassembled it. Put it on the charger stand; blue light comes on for about 3-4 seconds, then goes out. Checked the voltage from the charger base - 14.3 VDC, all they way up to the contacts on the stand. Opened up the hand-held unit again & checked both batteries - they read almost 4VDC. Unit won't run or charge. Any ideas???????
