Dissapointment found.

published

Works well at first. But don't see the point in manufacturing an appliance that doesn't last? Have had for 3 years and I get about half a minute of use per charge. Waste of time and money do not buy this product unless you crave dissapointment.

Purchased in June 2021 at Joyce Mayne for A$300.00.

The suction is very hight. The machine is light weight. I got tiles dont have carpet. But it removes all my wifes hair and dogs hair from floor. The product is easy to charge. The noice of machine is not more then 65 db which is good. It dosent remove dust from door sides.

Perfect cleaner for big house

published

I have never regretted to get a cordless vacuum cleaner.
It was so annoying to drag the cable and pipe through furniture and unplug/plug in every single room!
This Electrolux cleaner is free to go anywhere without difficulty.
If the battery could be more powerful will be perfect solution to a big house.

Nice to use bad battery life

published

We bought this vacuum on the 26/12/2017 from the farmers boxing day sales...used for spot vacuuming before we went on holiday. Came back yesturday 4/1/2017 to use properly for the first time...It had full charge, before i could finish my home it died so thought maybe i hadnt charged correctly while away. Once fully charged again i started my house again and also set my timer....13.49mins later it died. So charged and tried again...same thing...No one can vacuum a house or apartment on 13mins of battery. Also suction is pretty poor, also no way of getting into the fine gaps between wall and floor. Will be returning to farmers tomorrow for a refund.

Experiencing same problem
Is not fully recharging. Power cuts off after a 5 minutes.

Check for hair around the brush roller and even around the drive. This causes drag on the roller making the battery run flat quickly. When in hand held mode the battery lasts longer because of no drag.
