Very easy warranty claim
Elite Electronics who sell on Kogan possibly one of the best customer experiences I've ever had, warranty in its final weeks and they replaced without issue and was very good in communication. Highly recommended 10/10

Bought a walkingpad and it stopped turning on after just 1 year, just outside the warrenty period. They refused to provide any assistance. We paid 700$ for something that only lasted 1 year, didn't even use it that much until recently.

double check your measurements make sure 100% as they do not except returns. I made the mistake as wrong size and wanted to return for correct size. they do not accept returns. there advise was to sell on market place… what a joke. waste of $650. for a company selling electronics you would think they would understand retsina and mistakes on sizing would sometimes be misread. I guess ill head to market place and sell my $650 screen that I received yesterday for $50.00. lol good business not.

Received a faulty product, they asked for video evidence of the fault, the accepted and returned the item for a replacment, they sent back a new one which was also faulty with the exact same issue (my theory is they sent back the faulty one to same money as the serial number went missing mysteriously) and then refused refund saying that it was user error even though it was the exact same isssue, no response anymore and lost $600, raised it with many people, but if a business wants to scam you, all they have to do is not respond, and nobody else

Read more will help you out, the item was dead and faulty on arrival, but to no avail, they still blamed me for the fault, making up a story that I overloaded it and outright refused to do anything. and i even compaired it to a same product that was not faulty, still blamed me and refused refund and return. Had to make a formal legal complaint to my bank and Fair trade. I sent them the same videos in this review, and based off that video alone, they said i Abused it, overloaded it, and that it’s not covered under warranty even though I recorded and submitted it 1 day after it arrived. Horrible. No resolution was provided by the company and had to get the help of the GOVERNMENT so i could get the simple Australian consumer protection law standard agreement of 12months for faulty products sold within Australia.

Be very wary of no warranty on products
Bought a ereader from this company on eBay .
The next day after delivery the screen become scrambled.
Contracted elite electronics, that refused to except warranty. They made up a story about the device being dropped.
This ereader had not been dropped and there was no damage to the screen or outside casing .
After many emails to them they agreed to only refund 50% of the $240.
Eventually got a refund from PayPal.
Be aware that this company doesn't honour its warranty.
This organisation is terrible. Avoid!
I purchased an item recently which was not working as advertised. I contacted customer support requesting a refund and was palmed off to the manufacturer. Apparently Elite Electronics make it incredibly difficult to return items. How on earth this company is associated with brands like Bunnings and Harvey Norman is beyond me. Needless to say, I’ll be seeking to return the item. Be mindful when dealing with this company.

I bought an iCarsoft car diagnostics tool from Elite Electronics on 2nd of December 2022.
It did not work as intended. I asked EE for support strait away after I received the tool. They started asking for multiple diagnostics files etc. to consult with manufacturer on the tool operation, which I promptly supplied.
50 days later no solution is offered for my problem. I asked for refund. No reply from the EE yet. No acknowledgement of my request receival either.
Their website states they are unswerving within 24H. This is not true.
They publish customers reviews/testimonials on their website only if they like them. They never published my testimonials.

Modern-day thieves
I ordered a head unit facia for my car from Elite Electronics. I was sent the wrong facia which didn't fit my car. When I asked them to send the right part; they wanted me to send the one I received back first. I did but never received my original order or a refund despite asking for one of the two.

Return policy crappy
Bought an electronic device which I installed as per instructions and it did not work. I sent them an email with photos and installation procedures to which they said send it back so they can investigate. The problem is you pay for the return postage and packaging which in my case is 30% the cost of the item. Also I am not guaranteed of a refund or replacement so I'm going to cut my loses and buy the same item elsewhere.

Great customer service, quick delivery
Amazing range of products, fast delivery, great prices!
For any returns, it is email only, no phone lines, be patient, they will respond, and deal with any matters that may arise.
I had a faulty unit by dayton, and had to return back to elite electronics, they responded within 24 hours, and the matter was resolved and I received a refund.
I will definitely shop with these guys again.
New Yamaha Amplifier. Excellent Price but Failed On Me
I purchased a Yamaha RX-V6A Home Theatre Amplifier to replace my 20 year old Yamaha that was still going strong. I wanted to venture into Dolby Atmos and take advantage of the HDMI facilities. Unfortunately it went into self protection mode within a month. I persevered with it for another five months and two services to reset it but it failed me yet again. Elite Electronics had it looked at by their repairer and it was decided to replace the amplifier. Their email communications were excellent. Having owned Yamaha products for years I think that this issue was a strange one-off. I am very happy with my new amplifier and I would shop with them again.

Had an issue with the scooter that I purchased from them recently, without any delay, they investigate and guided me through an easy-to-follow procedure. Merchandise may not be the best however the assistance and welcoming gesture of its employee is next to none. looking forward for more business.
