End of Lease Cleaning

Booked in a service with Ben from Exit Cleaning 2 weeks prior to moving out. Company never showed up, never communicated and spent hours trying to get in touch with them. Company is a total sham of a business. Located more product reviews saying the same thing under the business End of Lease cleaning.
If anyone called Ben emails or calls you, don't proceed and offer to pay cash only when the Job has been completed

$600 for them to not even mop or wipe anything. The floors were dirty, the surfaces hadn’t been wiped, nothing was dusted, walls not cleaned. Really unprofessional service.

This business is a scam, don’t use it.

The worst service and the worst customer service I’ve received.

Cleaner did not show up the conformation email has dead phone links with missing numbers. Phoncalls not answered, also if you download the app the microphone turns on so that’s not good .
Definitely a scam.

They charged my credit card 2 more times after the down payments without my approuval. I ended up paying $830 for cleaning a 2-bedroom apartment, originally quoted $450 (which is what our neighbours paid for their end of lease cleaning for a similar unit).
Despite the ‘extra time required to clean it spotless’ they didn’t clean the cupboard, the walls, the balconies, the oven… worst of all, they left a glass full of stinky cigarettes…
Moreover, when I was on site half way through the clean, they were denigrating my wife as they thought I was the real estate agent!

False billing scam. Charge for services not delivered. Save yourself time and worry, please do not engage with this "business". They make look and seem legitimate but it is 100% a scam. Do not use.

SCAM!!!!,paid 580 up front, as per the quote, they rang halfway through saying if i dont pay extra they will stop!! shouldnt be in business! just crap people, company!!

This company took the full amount of the service fee from my bank account when I made a deposit for a booking request. I canceled immediately because I felt it is a scam. They did not refund my money back and did not receive calls. 6 days later they contacted and said they will charge a cancellation fee. It is a scam company never to use!!!!!

Booked and paid deposit only to have no one show up!

Stay clear of "end of lease bond cleaning" complete scam.

After booking and making a deposit for this service, the bond cleaner did not arrive on the day. Tried to phone multiple times with no success. Do not book with this company.

They register multiple domain names to hide their negative reviews. They promise to address any feedback from the agent, and then when the agent provides feedback they state they did the best job possible the first time around and therefore they wont come back

I booked sparkling green cleaning service for end of lease clean. They did clean most well however they increased the cost on arrival, were not able to clean all items successfully and left air conditioning running and a light on for 2 days in an empty property when they completed the job. When contacted they have ignored my communication

I booked End of Lease Cleaning in Bundaberg Qld a month in advance and paid a deposit for my father in law. Two days before the job I rang and confirmed it, I received an email assigning the job and confirming it was to be done. Real Estate rang, no keys had been picked up and no cleaning had been done. Rang the company and found out the Bundaberg cleaners had decided to cancel the job, no notice, no phone call and no reason given. Absolutely disgusted by the lack of professionalism and regard for other people. DON'T USE THEM!!!
