Disgusting Service. Knowing a product has a fault and not recalling item is disgusting
Purchased a printer, for my business, when in warranty was told I was only entitled a repair. Had another issue, printer would not print, called customer support to be told printer had a KNOWN hardware issue but now out of warranty just over a year old. Then was told by customer support that he didn't say it had a known fault, when I told him to listen to the recording, he ignored me and just said we aren't getting anywhere. was not told last issue that there was a known fault otherwise I would not have purchased ridiculously priced ink and pur

Product should have been recalled and received a replacement/refund for printer and all ink purchased. Absolutely infuriating! Will never purchase an Epson again.Terrible shopping experience from Epson online
Bought printer online on 4/10 and never received. Last Friday 20/10 called their customer service, was told the online order has been cancelled. Then promise to refund us without 24-48 hours. Today 23/10, still NOT received any refund. No email communication at all. Unbelieveable !!
Epson ET-3800
Slowest printer I've ever had. Paper jams regularly & when you restart it, it thinks about what to do, some times over night!!! Have to run the trouble shooter to get the printer to restart, & then it restarts printing the whole document from the beginning.
We print double sided documents, (approximately 90 pages) & some times it takes half a day to print 1 document properly.
Workforce WF2860
Have a WORKFORCE WF2860 and having to continually buy ink. It stated 210 copies in B/W but I am only getting around 40. Purchased new ink a couple of weeks ago and when installed ink levels showed 1/4 for black and 1/2 for colour.
Contacted Epson and they are stalling and giving me the runaround. Told me ink gets used up just turning it on which is around once a week. I have had Epsons for years with no issues, but now I will be looking for another brand.
I think Epson are turning out a heap of junk with current printers. It shows with all the negative comments listed here. There customer service is rubbish, as they have no idea how to solve issue

Worst buy I ever made !
I regret ever hearing the words 'Epson WF-7840. I have had continuing problems from day one. The usual 'out of paper' errors which can't be fixed following all possible advice on internet are driving me crazy. I have spent hours trying to use this damn thing. DO NOT BUY THIS PRINTER IF YOU VALUE YOUR SANITY. Biggest waste of money I ever made.
Show detailsPoor customer service
Rang Epson to ask for help troubleshooting my printer and customer service sent me details via email. Tick. However this didn't solve the issue so I rang back to be told that I would receive a call in 30 minutes ? No call 3 hrs later. If management is interested I made the call at 2.35pm on the 26th July 2023 . Please ask why I was told I would be called back and no one did.

Had Epson printers all my life, wanted a new one with a document feeder. I purchase online at Kmart at a really good clearance price. The printer was brand new out of the box with all the blue packing tapes. Installed the new epson cartridges and the printer prints blank pages. You would not thing you need to do nozzle check and head cleaning on a new printer but I have done it multiple times. It does not print anything onto paper. I have never had this issue before with any printer. Yes I removed the yellow tabs on the new ink cartridge
... Read mores. Tried to troubleshoot with Epson Austrlaia on phone with no success. Their respose was return it to place of purchase for a refund. This is fine but I cannot get the same printer through Kmart Australia as it was clearance and out of stock. Epson will not cover warranty because I purchased at such a low price of $69. Most places are selling for $139 and up. What is the point of having a warranty Epson Australia if you wont honour it. My reference number with Epson was 230720-000166. I cant beleive they will not assist. Lost an Epson lifetime customer.
Epsom printer 6100
Difficulty connecting to computer not easy to use need an IT degree to work it out

Just bought wf2960 from officeworks along with cartridges. Spend $145 for printer and$90 for the cartridges. After installing cartridges, print quality wasn very poor so i did head cleaning as suggested by epson customer service. Now ink left in the cartridges is barely 10% . I am in the situation of spending $90 for cartridges again and might have to run print head cleaning after installing new cartridges and it will consume 50-80% ink again. This is money wasting machine. Go for it if you have too much money and don’t know where to waste, this is perfect example.

So disappointed with Workforce 812XXL cartridge non compatibility
Just purchased a 812XXL cartridge for my Epson printer. Have been purchasing 812 cartridge for the past 2 years. Unfortunately the XXL size cartridge does NOT fit my workforce printer. $71 down the drain so to speak. I think the cartridge box should have a caution or large not saying DOES NOT FIT ALL Workforce printers and list the ones it does not fit.

I bought the above Epson printer and the minute the cartridge needed replacing it did not recognise that I had replaced it nor would it work. Epson warranty claims I have to drive hours to drop it off to a repair leave it. Then drive back once either it is deemed repairable u der warranty or not then return hours to pick back up. This should be fully disclosed upon buying. They were not helpful or understanding at all. Never buy an Epson product again.

Do not get sucked in with the cost saving refillable tanks on epsom printers. The printers do not last long enough to warrant the refill process. Printing becomes low quality and no matter how much cleaning and system updates from epsom nothing improves it. Marking scam on rubbish product.

Rubbish!!!!!!!
Disgusted! Checked website before purchasing says edible ink is compatible with Epson eco tank nothing about serial numbers now they tell me serial numbers don’t match. refuse to refund! False advertising! service is garbage annoying it’s absolutely rubbish . Be careful with your purchases people
A waste of money- do not bother
Printer works, but does not link properly with phone. It takes considerable time to link with either a phone or a desktop. It also requires you to manually flip paper for a double sided document. Very frustrating and impossible if you are copying a larger document with a number of pages. I am now looking at buying another product from a different company. This one was not worth the well over $400 I spent. Product is an Epson ET- 2811

Hi,
Please look into the case as it was not resolved. Case # CAS-28914-G1D0 and 230120-000290
The Epson Scan smart (Epson ET 2850) was advertised to work with Windows 11 but not for my laptop. The Epson support just gave up and give me no solution. I paid almost $500 for this product and I get this kind of software/support/product.
Please help escalate this to your software developers to see the issue.
