I am using a Euromaid wm7. I had it on a daily express wash, but paused it after a few seconds to add something else. When I tried to restart it, nothing happens.

I have tried unplugging the machine, turning to cotton and turning on again.

Hi the installer just admitted that he forgot to take out the Styrofoam, and I've used the machine? Would there be issue with.machine now? What do you recommend I do?

Hi my WM5 is 3 years old, it now will not wash or spin, it fills completely normally and sounds like it's working fine but the drum does not move ..

WM7 washing machine. When switched on, water continuously fills and flows straight out the discharge hose. Have tried turning off overnight, setting dial to cotton, turning on, holding start button for 30 seconds - nothing happened. At times, the display shows 'END' but the water is still running. When I turn of the power, the machine stops filling.

The Start button on our washer broke today after 3 years rendering the machine useless? Is there a simple work around to change which button starts the cycle or even replace the button?

Has anyone had their door seal warp? Ive had the machine just over 1 year and the water runs from the bottom of the door all over the floor and then I have to do an extra spin rinse to get the water fully out of the drum. Thanks!

I have accidentally unscrewed the door lock and it has dropped into the machine. Is there a way to retrieve it so that it can be fixed ?

I've had this machine for 5 months and it has DOUBLED my electricity bill. It's using power when it's in Standby ($6 a night if I leave it on, 3kwh/hour) and when it's running it costs me about $3/load. It's connected to the hot water tap. Makes no difference in the cost if I connect it to the cold tap. Any advice???

I have WM7 it stops filling during the rinse cycle then displays a little tap picture. And the wont do anything. What causes this.

Heya! I recently triggered the excessive foam absorption system. I'm just wondering if there was a program that allows me to drain the water without spinning the machine as when the water is moved it gets all foamy again. Sadly the manual can't tell me. I've tried selecting the spin+drain programme and used the spin adjuster to put it to no spin but it still spins it and foams up the water again. I want to avoid manually draining it as I live in an apartment.

I've got an Euromaid wm8 washing machine which I am very happy with. What bothers me is the long waiting time after the load is finished. Can I disengage the 3 minutes it takes for the unlocking of the door?

I have a WM7 which was purchased 2 years and 1 month ago. This weekend it seems to have stopped working. The cycle will not finish. I have tried unplugging. Draining water. Unplugging and resetting over night and its started again but will not spin and drain water.

Its just over 2 years old and has not had a problem before. Will Euromaid honour the warranty on this?

Hello, the machine stopped working with the timer stuck on 1.28 mins to go. Is the electronic board replaceable ?

Have just brought this machine and I’ve tried the drum clean before first use and it won’t do anything. Doesn’t light up. It’s on the on/off programme selection knob and pressed auxiliary button for 3 seconds nothing happened.

The washing machine has all of a sudden stop switching from wash cycle! It will not drain, and is not even attempting to drain, it just keeps spinning the water around. I can’t clean the filter without the whole washing machine of water pouring out either, like it did with the clothes! It is just not draining at all.
