Craig provided timely and informative advise on Christmas Eve regarding a blocked down pipe after a huge downpour. His work to identify and clear the blockage was very professional and he didn't hesitate explaining in detail what he needed to do. I would highly recommend Craig and Fallon Solutions.

Warren was the tradie who was efficient and very clear in what was required to fix the issue and provided alternative product than what was in existence, Couldn't have been more satisfied ..

We had called Fallon due to a squeaking noise that we were hearing in the wall behind our fridge, we thought this was to do with the plumbing so requested a plumber. Sam Allen was the very helpful guy that Fallon sent to investigate this issue for us, Sam soon had a look around and said it was unlikely a plumbing issue but something else, after having a look around he identified the issue and fixed it up for us (non plumbing related). The determination to see the issue resolved and the great service from Sam was very impressive! He is a great asset to Fallon

Chris C identified problem with water tank and pipes, solution suggested. Fitted new downpipes into water tank that looked professional and part of the original work. Site was left neat and clean. Would recommend Chris C and would prefer to use him again for future plumbing problems. Thank you.

We had a total blockage of our storm water system. Called late afternoon and had a plumber here the next day. Jacob was friendly, efficient and happy to keep me informed of the issues found. Scott arrived promptly and quickly worked out a solution to remove a rusted tap and hose for an old washing machine that was being replaced the next day. He was polite and professional.

Wayne Birch of Fallon Solutions completed the whole job in one afternoon. After consulting us about our preferences he obtained a satisfactory toilet suite from the plumbing suppliers and installed it in our home, providing a water pressure limiting valve at the same time for compliance with regulations. He disposed of the old suite as part of this service. We are pleased with the service provided by Wayne.

Thanks to Nick H for a great service. He was professional and friendly, and keen to help, replacing our burst plumbing and damaged mixer in the bathroom sink. He thoroughly assessed all of our other mixers for damage and gave good advice on the life expectancy of them. He also helped with an ad-hoc request during the callout, with no fuss, adding an additional outdoor tap for us. Thanks for the great service mate.
