DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. Totally overpriced. I initially thought they took advantage of my elderly old father but after reading other reviews seems like they try it on with everyone!

Didn't do the inspection I asked for did the wrong pipe.Came back to do the correct one and turns out they don't have a long enough camera anyway.But I still paid over $1,400 for the pleasure.Should've read the reviews.

My parents are not plumbers so they got fastway to come out to fix the problem thinking they could be trusted. Try anyone else but not this company. They take advantage of people that don't understand plumbing like my poor parents who are pensioners. Reading other reviews it seems quite a few people have had similar experiences. They were actually told they were given a pensioners discount. It makes me sick when I think how people can be like that, how can you take advantage of the elderly. Oh and they didn't even fix the problem, they had to get another company out to fix the problem.

Their plumbers advised that we should tighten the taps hard so it does not leak. On their advice we changed showers and taps for both of our bathrooms 7 months ago. Today ( 19/11/2019) the vanity taps were leaking due to worn out copper rings. Just to change 2 Rubber rings costed $517 off course after hours. Will never use their service again. It is a rip off and I now doubt that their plumbers are professional Who even gave us wrong advice.

My parents are pensioners and had a leaky RPZ Value and I called them, came out and priced it at $2695 to replace. I questioned this and they ensured me the part alone was over $2600. I since rang around and the average price for the replacement is about the $300-400 mark. Do not believe them

Extremely expensive - plastic pressure pipe was leaking (sealant gone). The plumber firstly tried to repair by resealing the pipes by using sealant at a cost of $534. Didn't work, so another quote was provided at a cost of $1,534! This was just to replace the plastic pipe (approx 50cm). Whole job took about an hour including the time he went to buy the plastic pipe! Felt pressured into going ahead with getting the leaking pipe fixed.
So wish that I had done more research before I even called these rip-off artists. Will never use again or recommend. People - don't be conned by the $0 call out fee on their website like I was :(

Their customer service system of replying immediately to online requests is great. As is the plumber being on time and calling prior to arrival. This all comes at a price though! The people on the phone dont give estimates of price or hourly rates for a job. Then when the plumber arrives it feels a little like they just name their price. My job took no more than 20 mins and cost $275 after I negotiated it down with the plumber - not a bad hourly rate! I needed the job done and had limited time so felt like I had no other option unfortunately. Would be fantastic if their hourly rates were transparent so you know what to expect and dont feel quite so ripped off.

$595 to fix a stiff tap and 20 minutes of labour. They require $85 before they even arrive. My fault for going ahead with this but I was stuck with limited time. Will never use again.

All I can say is WOW, had come home from a long day from work to an overflowing toilet. Had called these guys out to fix the issue at 6pm on a Wednesday night and the fast service I had received to ensure I had a running toilet was great especially at that time of the night. Stress free and happy to have a running toilet again with no issues. Thanks Jai for your great prompt service!

My kitchen tap needed to be replaced. Unfortunately my tenant approved this plumber to do the work because he was told they would be charged a call out fee if he didnt. They charge $695 to replace the tap. I rang the company up and said I didnt approve the quote and sent them 3 other quotes all under $250 from other plumbers. I never heard anything back. Dont use this plumbing company they are a complete rip off and assume people have no idea how much it costs to do these basic jobs. Ill be going to fair trading on this company.

My gas hot water system stopped working on Friday night I paid $132 for a call which is ok it was Saturday
Jack told me system was gone the house was built in 2005 so that's ok Quote to replace was $3461, The unit costs $1225 I'm a single woman but in my 60's and not stupid so I said no thanks even though Jack's supervisor !!! tried to convince me otherwise. I had my hot water repaired today for $250
Do not use these people. Despite dept of Fair trading these businesses still keep trying to rip people off

Never use these guys. They didn't fix the problem but still insisted on $50 for coming out and quoted $800 more required. I then used a local plumber and the whole problem was fixed to $260 total. These people are crooks!

I dealt with them before I found this site. Overcharged and failed to fix the problem. Workers totally disinterested and admitted they didn't know where leak was coming from but still wanted the money.

So where do l begin. From the start they didnt fix the issues my hot water system had. Then when l complained that l still have the problem they said just said there is nothing we can do and they ran off. I was told to get another opinion on the issue in the form of a report and they will settle the dispute. Paid $200 to have a report done. Then 2 weeks later they just email back saying we did you a favour fixing it cheaply. What a joke all the other plumbers l call laughed at the fact these guys are still operating by riping customers off eapecially the vunerable. So be ware!!!!
