Has been 10 days from Sydney to Perth and still not here. Tracking is not to standard
Would use other services if available. On a previous delivery they gave me the option to pick it up from depot where it had been for 2 days awaiting delivery.
Item has arrived after 10 days. Tracking had it as still on way. An "On board for delivery" notification would be handy.

I expect instructions to leave in a safe place to be followed. I go to the trouble to leave a weather proof box on my porch for perishables. The courier can't be bothered and leaves the product where it can be damaged by water and dirt can get to it. Really really annoyed - I feel like throwing the product in the bin and cancelling my order with the vendor

They leave the parcels to collection points even though I am at home.
They don't leave calling cards and it is always a hustle to collect your item without the calling card from the collection point.

I wish and hope that this company goes belly up asap.

Slow and their tracking has not enough info to tell you where exactly the package is and even their staff could not tell me where it was but it did turn up ok.

I must admit part of the problem was the way i booked the service but Fastway did respond and correct the problem....delivery was only late a couple of days....would use them again.....

My parcel shipped from Sydney and I received notification from Groupon that item has dispatched with a tracking number using Fastway. In the next two days, I had no further notification and logged into Fastway portal; the information stated Package was running late due to extra traffic. I can understand that there are situations when things get behind schedule, but if I don't log in to your portal and search information, then there is no clue for me what happened to my parcel. One parcel was said to be delivered but never arrived, no note left for me to follow up to collect. Time I tracked it down it was sent back to sender.
Next parcel I was kept up to date with sms tracking number, no problems. delivered on time.

It took 3 weeks to get a small package from Sydney to Perth. Tracking during transit was suspect at best, no details at all, and it really made no sense. It arrived a week later than they said it would, but at least they apologized via Email saying it was going to be a few days late. However, unlike many of the reviews here, it did arrive on the day they said it was out for delivery. Got an email in the morning saying it was coming, turned up in a few hours. I was actually quite impressed with the delivery - I was able to find the live GPS trac...

Fastway delivered the package within three business days, which was pretty good considering it was interstate. Unfortunately I wasn't home so they left a calling card.

When I looked up which parcel point I needed to go to to pick up my package, I discovered they had delivered it to an inconvenient location.
The location was a 20 minute drive away from my house, and probably double the time if I had needed to rely on public transport. There are at least 5 parcel points that would have been more convenient for me.

Fragile package received in good condition.

Had it been dropped off at a better location I would give 5 stars.

Bought a bunch of stuff from USA and the sender uses Fastway for domestic delivery, after customs clearance was notified Fastway took over and will deliver to me. Two weeks later still waiting for delivery. I contacted them via online inquiry but no reponse. So items most likely stolen plus tracking shows only IN TRANSIT.

Even though it took over half a month for something to come from Queenesland to Perth, plus it came nearly a week late. I had it sent to a parcel delivery point and picked it up no worries.

I ordered a sofa cover on ebay and was a bit concerned after reading the reviews. My parcel arrived early so I was very happy with that however the main office is a call center and they gave me the wrong information. Ring your local depot

After a few bad experiences with Fastway, i dreaded the outcome when i discovered that an item i ordered on Ebay was being delivered by Fastway. Well, surprise, surprise...the item arrived at their depot on time. I still had to collect it though. I live four km from my towns CBD, and all other couriers deliver to my door. Woolworths and Red Rooster will deliver, so why not Fastway?

Next time take more care luckily it wasn’t fragile but disappointed

Never recieve anything from this mob in the time frame the name suggests, they always deliver late and wont update the tracking.
