It's quite interesting seeing these posts and '[Name Removed]' responding when he couldn't respond to my calls and emails. I was enrolled in 2013 and was having difficulties getting in contact requiring assistance and requested to speak with 'Ian', which on many occasions failed miserably with him not returning emails or calls. The most unprofessional organization and would NEVER recommend them.

Hey there, just finished my Diploma with you guys and wanted to give you some feedback (but wasn't sure how, so using ieatwords seemed the easiest way).

Pros:
- Great material, easy to follow and I feel like I learned a lot
- CHEAP as chips, some companies charge 2-3x?? That's insane, very happy with the price

Cons:
- The course can become a bit monotonous, pages of text. If you guys added some images, graphs, etc. could really spice it up and make it more enjoyable to students.

Easiest way to describe this RTO, they're cheap because they give satisfactory learning materials. They're local so that's a plus, just don't expect anything amazing.

I have 7 completed units sitting and waiting to be marked been there for over 20 days. I have emailed several times, explaining that I need this to be signed off. Having read other comments that there Certs were quickly marked, I thought it would be the same for everyone. I am doing a Cert to get a position, I need to show proof that I have completed studies but I can't because no one can be bothered to mark my work or get back to me. I'm doing another cert with TAFE and no problems I can ask questions and my work has been marked with 5 days.

Signed up for my diploma a while ago and mid way through got access to the new resources. They are so much better imo - the added graphics and layout look pretty awesome. Compared to the other mobs out there you guys are fantastic. Cheers

Don't bother trying to get RPL, Much is promised beforehand to get your money, but once you have paid it suddenly you are not able to get RPL AND you cant get your money back. I would also be wary of the legitimacy of these 5 star reviews. Reviews either say it is a horrible experience, or that it was perfect and 5/5. A lot of the 5/5 reviews also rated Ilearn Online, the 'sister company' (according to their spammail) of First Choice Training, which is very suspect. I would call on Product Review to look into this a little closer.

Poor service, everything takes weeks - reply to emails, marking of work etc. And don't bother trying to contact management, you will be given the run around every time. Honestly there are dozens of superior providers out there. Do your Diploma elsewhere.

first choice training helped me enroll to do my diploma through their online portal. you need to modernize your payment portal because there was an issue when i was using it but apart from that i quite enjoyed learning through use. you were also the cheapest which worried me originally but now im happy that i went through use. thanks first choice use are the first choice!

Posting on behalf of my younger brother who has difficulties using computers - he wanted me to let you guys know he felt like he was treated like a real person thanks to your admin staff. Other places he dealt with gave the generic template messages when he was scoping out where to enrol with. He says thanks a ton (name withheld for privacy reasons).

This 'training college', so called, is without doubt the worst source of education on this side of the hemisphere. Another pump and dump numbers RTO that sustains itself on low price courses to undercut competition while clearly spending nothing on teaching or admin staff. I have been in the education industry for 15 years and I can tell you - there is no such thing as a worse training provider. Honest to heaven, your IQ drops a point for every day you are associated with them.

I did not think a company could be this bad at providing a service. They take no accountability for their errors, blame the students for paying them the cash that pays their salaries and not reading their refund policy (ill shorten in down for you; there is none, your money is gone) and provide no help whatsoever. Calls go unanswered, emails are ignored

I also needed my Cert IV in Leadership in Management before the Comm. Games (we must have been on the same job V.Osborne.119 ^_^). I guess my feedback largely echos that of the review below mine, after letting them know my time constraints they really worked with me to get the course completed in time. They have great teachers and are located on the Gold Coast.

I needed my Cert. IV in Leadership and Management prior to the commencement of the Commonwealth Games (April 4th) as required for my employment. I voiced this urgency to First Choice Training and found they were incredibly helpful in providing me quick feedback and marked my assessment within the stated time period. If it wasn’t for their organisation I probably would not have completed on time and wouldn’t be able to participate in the Comm. Games. I appreciate the hard work and will add that your course material was extremely easy to comprehend and flowed well. Not sure if companies read these reviews but you do, THANKS!

Last year I completed my Certificate IV in Training and Assessment and now I will be undertaking another course through First Choice Training. I was satisfied with the price and very happy with their level of professionalism; especially when handling personal information. Have had a purely positive experience to date, definitely recommend them to anyone on the fence about different RTOs.

I finished my tae and certificate 4 in health and safety with First Choice last year and now it needs updating. Although First Choice don't offer the new version of the tae, they were helpful in directing me to other companies that do. When I did my tae I had an easy experience it's a shame they don't offer them anymore. Do you plan on getting the new tae any time soon?

Shout-out to Shirley for giving such good feedback - I got my course completed without any real issue so thanks for that. The ease of access to materials was particularly helpful, the fact that they're .pdf meant I could use pretty much any computer/laptop in my house.

To the person below me who gave them a negative rating because they didn’t contact you, they offer courses for independent study and imagine how annoying it would be if someone periodically called you to see how you were going? Would be like a telemarketer. The trainers are there for when you need help not to harass you. I don’t know seems ridiculous to me that you’d judge a company for that.
