Signed up for a course and did not hear from teacher / trainer once during the length of the course. Not even to check how I was going, or to ask why nothing was submitted. No care factor just after your money.

I have almost completed my Diploma through FCT and it has been a pleasure. My Trainer Chris Hartley has done a great job with marking my work and supplying me with feedback. It takes about 20 days for each unit to be assessed but I have noticed my work being marked on Saturdays and Sundays as well as business days, so I assume they just have a heavy workload. If your not in a rush then there is no problem. My money has been extremely well spent using First Choice Training. Many thanks.

Appreciated the level of professionalism that First Choice Training had when dealing with me. I am dyslexic and it takes me longer to complete reading and writing tasks and they helped me an incredible amount get through my course.

Wasn't going to post a review, I've already finished my course with First Choice Training (good RTO, but hold out for the specials if you aren't in a rush) then noticed the last couple of comments. I tend to agree with the comment below, the one stars on this review page are never verified and have awful grammar. Very suspicious. Will be emailing Product Review to ask them why they don't verify the one stars as it seems they do for the 4/5 stars.

Thought I'd put down a review myself, First Choice Training wont leave you breathless but are affordable and you'll learn a lot from their courses (at least I did anyway).

First Choice did a great job when I was enrolled with them last year. I managed to score a great job because I finished the TAE as quick as possible. I told them that I needed it ASAP and they graded my stuff extremely quick.

So I see some one stars, but I noticed they're never verified? Sometimes I wonder if it's rival companies posting to make themselves look better. I have to agree with the verified comments on here, First Choice were fine by me.

Hi First Choice, it has been a few months but I thought I would give feedback about the TAE40110. Was happy enough with the price and you have good trainers however I did notice you were a bit slow to get the units back to me. I'm looking to do a Diploma through you and wanted to see what your turn around time was for marking units? Thanks.

Easy to upload units once completed and feedback was delivered quickly and made a lot of sense. Price was fair enough, would be happy to purchase another course if I needed to.

Last year, I completed my TAE40110 with First Choice Training. Though it was a while ago, just wanted to give a shout out to them for providing me with the resources and information needed to complete the certificate. I’m now doing my TAE40116 with another company (First Choice sadly don’t offer it) and the TAE40110 was a great stepping stone. Fantastic trainers too.

Really satisfied with the overall quality of their website, payment went through with no issues. Trainers seemed knowledgeable enough, but sometimes they took a little while to get back to you.

I did a business course through First Choice and overall I'm pretty happy with what I got. The price was well-suited and the staff were super helpful but I do feel their material needs some modernization. Some of the phrasing was a little awkward in the units and aesthetically not the most eye-catching. But would recommend them.

Not sure if First Choice Training offer the TAE anymore (just checked, they don’t) but their teachers were super helpful and considerate. If you do any of their other courses I’m sure you won’t regret it. Very competitively priced as well.

This would have to be the WORST training organization I have ever used, I have done certs, diplomas and studying at university and I have never seen such mish mash of information. Shocking online training that has you searching everywhere to find what you need. I wasted the money and just lost interest. They no longer have the cert IV in Training and Assessment and now I know why.

First Choice Training really went the extra mile to provide me with all the resources I needed to make an informed decision about my purchase. Thank you for being such a transparent company and not trying to suck me into something I couldn't handle.

Thanks for having such great trainers! You guys were great! Plus the TAE was really cheap considering, I would suggest anyone looking to do theirs use First Choice ^-^

This was my second (and last) attempted at using an RTO, honestly I did not have high hopes - but First Choice Training delivered a great course with excellent trainers. I dealt with two trainers throughout my studies, both of which were friendly and helpful. Bang for your buck as well.

I finished my TAE with First Choice Training a while ago and I wanted to let everyone know that they have outstanding course material which I found easy really easy to follow. On top of that, my assessor (Michael) was really understanding and helped me whenever I needed!
