My first experience with a fridge that provides ice cold water and automatic ice supply, and I'm impressed.

We've been using this unit for the last year, without any incident whatsoever.

Visually, "The Beast", as it's now know, looks very sharp. From a stainless exterior, to thoughtful touches like the light that comes on over the water dispenser in the door is in use, there's simply nothing to dislike.

Engineering throughout is solid, with everything working as described by the marketing people.

The only downside I can honestly point to is the lack of a real drip tray underneath the water dispenser.

Overall, this is is a 5 out of 5.

Its terrible.The worst fridge ever purchased.within 6 months replaced with a new fridge and both same problem. (Making a big rattling noice. Very poor cutomer service not willing to replace even within the warranty period.very dissapointed with fisher and paykel.I will never purchase fisher and paykel.so unreliable and poor service.

This fridge is fantastic, It maintains great temperature in all compartments and keeps food fresh.
It is very quiet and the stainless steel is easy to clean with warm soapy water.
I like the function of being able to lock the water dispenser so my kids can't spill water all over the floor.
Overall, we are very happy with this fridge.

This fridge is the best fridge I have ever owned. It is quiet and has a very spacious fridge compartment. The two door fridge compartment is great as you can just open the side you need. The freezer has good sliding roomy compartments. The water dispenser is so cool. My daughter drinks so much more water now :-) The ice maker is quiet and convenient. It is great to always have ice on hand not just for drinks but for my when daughter falls over (which happens often) and needs an ice pack. I no longer need to use the bag of frozen peas as an ice pack.

I would happily recommend this fridge.

Bought the F&P with ICED water but it only is tepid at best. We rang customer service but they were extremely rude stating they have nothing to do with how the store sales people market a product!!!
Two weeks later the French door breaks, again rang customer service only to be told it will be two weeks before they can get to us and only on a Thursday between 12-5. My advise is don't buy a F&P as its over priced and very poor quality.

Perfect temperature throughout. Extremely quiet. Haven't had to clean as yet. Product Review gives me assurance of purchasing the right appliance reading reviews of others. Having come from an ice box in the 50's I have certainly bought a lot of refrigerators over the years this one wins hands down.

This is a great fridge with a few caveats. There is a defect in the wiring that causes one of the wires under the last hand hinge to snap rendering the display, ice maker, and water in door useless. Easy fix thou. Also makes ice super slowly. We knew this going in and its not a huge issue.

Quiet operation, sufficient space, power consumption acceptable, auto-ice maker is very useful, but the auto-cold water can only get the lowest temperature of 13.5 degrees（I don't think this temp is chilled enough); the size of cold water tank is not stated on the Specification book, FP online CHAT told me it's only 1.2-1.5 litres, that capacity is not big enough for a family.
After contacting with HN, they agreed to replace another brands( thanks HN). This time I ordered a "westinghouse 762L Stainless Steel French Door WHE7670SA", and wish Westinghouse could be a good one. sorry saying byebye to FP

This is not stainless steel will rust! Once the invisible plastic film starts to come away it rusts. Magnet sticks to it when it shouldn't stick if it is stainless steel. The film has come away from around the ice maker and is rusting. The digital display doesn't work now.

Very happy with the fridge until Chrismas Day the display went blank and the cold water stopped. Finally found this thread of reviews and found the one reporting an issue with the water due to a broken wire under the cover of the right hand top door hinge.
Had a look and wonder of wonders - a broken wire.
As an ex electrical engineer the components and wiring all look fine - except the wire diameter looks a bit thin and could do with a few more strands. But after 5 years I guess it's not unusual to start seeing wear and tear problems.
Fortunately for me an easy fix.
And thanks to the guy with the original tip - respect.......

Purchased this fridge through a recommended White goods supplier. This fridge is to be classified as landfill which is a shame for such a smart looking fridge. The iced water is at room temperature---not sure why they bothered to plumb it in at all. Both the fridge & freezer settings are set at their lowest setting & its almost what I'd call cold. So beware this is not a good purchase. We are sending this fridge back based on it not being fit for purpose---shame I hadn't read these reviews prior to making my purchase.

I'm very very disappointed with the new F&P RF610ADUSX4 which was bought on 7/12/14 and delivered on 12/12/2014 and broken on the 18/12/2014...
There is 15 beeps when I open any compartment. The repair indicator is on.. 4 lights towards the warmer side... We paid 3K and I feel sick now ... I wish I did more research before jumping into buying this fridge... I'm deeply disappointed how a company like Fisher & Paykel can produce such low quality products and rip our hard earned cash ... This is unethical business !!

Fridge has been great but now the water dispenser does not work - no power at all to it. Can't seem to get it going and there is nothing in manual. Has this happened to anyone else? Ice dispenser an everything else works fine... Just no power to water dispenser. Please help!

Have only had this fridge for 1 month, but so far I love it!! Nice and big, love all the draws in it, everything is very organised in it, with a perfect place for everything. I am loving the ice maker, the draw is always full of ice. I also love the water filter.
