We are very happy with this fridge excellent
This fridge is a dream I could not bear to be without it. It does maintain excellent temperature in all compartments even in this extremely hot weather this summer it is a godsend. It is very quiet thank goodness and it is very easy to clean. We are totally pleased with this product

Great fridge. Hasn't done a thing wrong.
This has been the best fridge I've ever owned. It looks great, is incredibly quiet and has been reliable so far. The ice maker works well and doesn't jam and the water dispenser has also never caused a problem. The LED on the water dispenser is a great feature. The freezer is a good size and the internal drawer saves any issues with losing food buried at the bottom.

Great fridge, works well, good for small families and small spaces
Fridge has been great, quiet, easy to pull out handles and doors. Spacious for the size. Could use a cheese drawer but we just put a large container to make up for it. Have to be careful with tall condiments in the holders on the door without the bar supports as we had a jar fly out and damage the top of the freezer. But good news was good guys rang them and fisher and pykle fixed it straight away no costs. There is 3 adults and 1 baby and just enough space- if I had more room in my kitchen I would have bought bigger bc our family is growing. W...Read more
e were warned the flap in the door could break and I have seen demos on other brad fridges break but it's holding up really well and no signs of damage. The temperature works well and I like the little features too.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

An awesome fridge that copes with a large family
This new addition to our kitchen has been a success all round.
It is so easy to access the shelves and different compartments and is so well lit. It is easy to clean and runs silently. The water outlet on the door means the six family members and visiting children do not need to be constantly opening the door to get some ice cold water and the automatic ice function is continuously restocking the ice compartment ready for the next batch of visitors.
The fridge looks very attractive and we are very pleased with it in every way.

Very disappointed
When we bought this fridge it had a mark on the door. The repairer had to order 4 doors before we got one that wasn't damaged. We were told it is because the spare parts are now manufactured in Mexico. It is also very difficult to find stuff in the freezer. We had it for less than a year and replaced it with a 4 door from a different manufacturer.

Dissappointing
I've been a strong supporter of F&P products for years but owning this particular fridge has been very disappointing, I have a very early F&P active smart fridge and also a washing machine, both are now almost 17years old and are still running without any issue or service. This particular fridge is only 6 years old but has been causing issues for the last 18 months even after being serviced. While the fridge looks great the level of quality is very poor, now it beeps constantly and some of the plastic parts have cracked and broken. Having been a whitegoods specifier for over 25 years you could always count of the quality of F&P products, unfortunately it would appear those days are over. I would recommend looking elsewhere.

Noisy sounds like crickets!!
Bought the fridge about 5months ago after owning a Samsung side by side. It's a great looking fridge and matches my kitchen nicely.
At first my only disappointment was that it doesn't have egg trays angd the ice dispenser is inside the freezer (So you lose room in the already compact freezer space) I find myself having to take everything out of the freezer to get what I need. Even though it has the draws, its not that big.
The fridge size is excellent, although if you put something to far back (like a tub of yogurt) it will fall to the Botto...Read more

Not a great experience.
Our old Samsung fridge gave us 16 years of flawless service until the fans became very noisy, so we purchased this F&P model in its place. Sadly, that proved to be a bad move. This fridge looks beautifully streamlined, the water and ice delivery system is unobtrusive and sleek looking in the door, it was a perfect fit for the space (my first choice Mitsubishi was too deep) and we were told by the salesperson that it was ultra-reliable and extremely quiet, so we went ahead and bought one.

up, we wondered what had hit us. The thing sounded like a Mack truck with no muffler. It was so loud you literally couldn’t be in the house with it. We had no choice but to turn it off, run a lead out to Old Faithful on the verandah and swap everything over again. Needless to say F&P decided the compressor was faulty (surprise!) and replaced the fridge. Sadly, ‘Fridge No 2’ is a dog as well. It arrived with dings already in place on the top of the freezer drawer and very soon after installation it also started making vile noises. This time it is the fans. Yup, the fans. To add insult to injury they sound worse than the 16yo Samsung. The motor itself is super quiet, but the fans rattle and drone on start-up and shut down. In between they make a high pitched whining sound that’s about as relaxing as a swarm of demented Amazonian mosquitoes and once you hear it, it can’t be ignored. It’s horrible. A serviceman came out and replaced the freezer fan…and it made things worse, not better. I’m currently waiting for yet another service call. Also, we didn’t realise until we started using this fridge a user-unfriendly freezer it has. It’s very small, narrow and deep and everything gets lost. Accessing anything near the bottom of the drawer, without completely emptying it first, is virtually impossible.Similar opinion? Write a review on ieatwords.com.au!

Great Fridge!
I did read the reviews before I purchased and well I purchased anyway because my mates got one in his bar and its fantastic. I got to say I do love this fridge and my family loves it also. The downside is that my kids get their finger prints all over the stainless steal but that was to be expected so my wife is forever cleaning off finger prints. The kids love the water and ice compartment and so do I as it means they are excited to get their own drink! I find it to be quiet and its very spacious inside which is great especially around Christmas time when the fridge is chock a block, we fit everything in!

Hi can you give me rundown of cleaning the interior, particularly the vege bin - I’m concerned about the light weight plastic as it feels very flimsy
1 answer
Remove all veggies & bag them into paper bags, or if plastic containers if you have.
Use dishwashing liquid 1 capfull in kitchen sink, remember to place the drain stop in place. Fill it up with warm water. Soak the veggies bins and other containers in the soapy solution for 20 mins. Rinse the bins and containers in warm water. Wipe it dry with clean kitchen towel. Avoid dishwasher to clean/wash these containers. However, always check the veggies store them back only if they firm. All soft veggies try to give them a quick rinse before you refrigerator them. Hope this helps. Cheers..
