Our machine forwards the timer as it starts on wash cycle. In regular wash of 55 minutes, immediately after a minute of starting timer jumps to 49 minutes and then the wash cycle is stuck at 27 minutes. It does not move to Rinse cycle. No error code on machine. Can anyone help us with any solution.
Thanks in advance.

How do you stop lint build up on clothes?

I have only had this machine for one month so I don't have that problem as yet. I asked the salesman before I bought my machine about an extra filter. He said there is a built in filter so no need to put in another one.

Why is the water pump so noisy after it pumps out the water compared to my 20 year old one.
NZ made one had French made water pump, new one is Italian Askoll brand made in China!

F&P no longer care about quality - my old F&P was virtually silent, clothes spun to almost dry, but my new replacement one is louder than a lawn mower, the clothes are dripping wet after final spin, and are covered in lint. I regret going with F&P again, quality of machine and care factor from their complaints Dept is zero. They are cutting costs wherever they can by using cheap parts!
Yes Ive had a very similar experience with my new F&P machine, old one was much better :(
Agreed they use some Italian designed pump made in China & Pulse it.
Thankfully the rest of the machine is made assembled in Thailand. They afraid to put made in Thailand, that should be a premium product then :-)
At least it does complete cycle times faster with small loads but the water pump makes it sound like a $2 Chinese design. It is what happens when a great company is bought out by Chinese. I'll be glad one day when 1st world companies make again

Hi Caitlin
Have a look and see if your hot water tap is off or on. Mine was beeping so I turned the hot tap on but press cold. You also need to make sure that you press the buttons that you need when you start you wash. do you press cold wash? Once youvepressed start you cant go back. Hope this helps Abit

Hi Dee, I always use cold water for washing. Just cheaper that way haha but Ill see if this helps. Thank you :)

When switch on the wall is in the ON position machine is making a noise like it's trying to drain water. Power is not ON on the machine itself.
The machine turns ON like normal with the SOUND still going.
When I start a cycle it drains water as it's filling up.
Is this a major fix?

My washing model is WA1068G1, just one month old.
When I wash with regular or quick, after wash cycle in the rinse session problem happens. The machine sprays water a little bit and spin, again spray water little bit and spin. Then takes required amount of water, but before doing a little bit agitating, starts spinning. All together, machine spins 4 times. What does it mean? It is very annoying, pathetic that it fills on the rinse cycle but then empties right after its hit the required level. Without doing good full rinse, the machine takes water and spins. Can you please what is it's problem?

Our F & P washer keeps going out of balance. Did everything on the manual to try and fix it like sorting out load or restarting. Now it just won't spin after the wash. So frustraing. Any help?

The bowl of the washer is suspended from four rods with shock absorbers at the bottom. The shock absorbers use oil as a viscous medium to slow down the movement of the bowl. Typically the oil has leaked from one or more of the rods. Just need to buy and replace the rods. Easy home repair. Write down your model number.
Mine failed from my wife spinning horse blankets which heavily unbalanced the machine each time overloading the shock absorbers.
Thank you for replying, yes have now replaced them.
