Very happy with Fujitsu brand, very quiet and easy to use. The aircon is so efficient and i have used Fujitsu aircon in 18 years. I had no problems whatsoever! I have a five bedroom house and all bedrooms has Fujitsu aircon. I will recommend this unit to all my family and friends. Highly satisfied.

Works great, effective cooling..cools my entire living room in under 2-3 mins. Big bulky for my preference, but got used it pretty quick. Neat and clean design, fits well with my decor. Its quite and haven't had any issued till date. Although I only been using for few days in summer.

We had this until installed today, didn't take long to install. Very quiet unit with many controls including being able to quieten the outdoor unit which is helpful as it is beside our bedroom window. Very nice looking unit. Not big and bulky like some can be. Would install throughout the house.

We needed a larger classroom air-conditioner, and this was the model we decided to go with. It has been running for the past 6 months all summer, and our electricity has increased by around $150 per quarter. I feel this is reasonable, as we have it running 6 days a week.

We have this Fujitsu and absolutely love it.
It cools down the whole house in no time.
It’s not as loud as most air condition.
It has a lot of functions and options.
Very pleased with it and would definitely recommend this to others.
It might be a bit pricey but worth paying that.

The air con itself is great, I already own one for my workspace. I bought this second one specifically for my home so that I could control it from outside my home. It was installed in October and it’s now February and after months of Fujitsu telling me I’m not setting it up correctly they’ve admitted there are problems with the wifi component. I’ve wasted hours of my time and have now had nearly a whole summer without it doing what I bought it for. Their customer service is awful.

I was looking for an air conditioner to buy and came across this model. Very happy as the air conditioner works very well both in winter and summer. On cold nights, it heats up the room quickly. Cools the room quickly on hot days, is fairly quiet which I really like and the control is easy to use. Fujitsu is a well branded name and I recommend this model to anyone looking at buying an air conditioner.

Was recommended this unit and I’m very happy with it. It’s fairly quiet and heats/cools quickly and efficiently. The installation process was easy and the only bad thing about it is the settings on the remote can be confusing, I often refer back to the manual to check how to change something. Once I get the hang of it it will be easy I’m sure. Summer has been much nicer with this unit that’s for sure!

The old air con broke which i have to replace. Got it via the good guys on an online sale. It is a nice sleek streamline work horse. It work extremely well during the last week or 2 when the temperature hits 42 degree celcius. I can hardly hear it when it is running, except when it first initially tries to cool down a 40 degree room.

The unit is quiet, and easy to operate.
The installation process is a bit complicated, but I think it's mainly because the location of the indoor unit is a bit far from the outside unit, so the pipe has to go through to the roof. Apart from that, we are happy with the unit so far.

Quiet unit which is suitable for open living and dining room. Keeps the toasty warm in winter and chilled in the summer months. This unit needs to be installed directly to the main electrical board (not simply plugged into the power point) which incurs additional installation costs and needs to be taken into consideration when choosing a unit.

Its constantly returning to economy mode.... need to keep pressing the "powerful" button every 15-20 minutes on hot days otherwise room heats up well above the set temperature..
(From day 1 it has done this).. the heat setting works fine and both indoor and ourdoor units are pretty quiet during standard operation... I curtainly wouldnt purchase another fujitsu

We're very happy with this unit, it's super quiet and keeps our house nice and cool.

We have a second older Mitsubishi Heavy Industries unit in another part of the house and are happy with this unit too and almost bought the same. The Fujitsu is much quieter though, both inside and outside the house.

The sleep timer works great and the unit cools down really quickly.

Installation was simple and this is very easy to use. Would definitely recommend.

We are so happy with this unit from Harvey Norman we have a large house and this unit cools it all down. Some rooms cooler than others but whole house is comfortable. Remote controlled and easy to use. Compact unit and very very quiet so no TV interference which is a bonus

We find this to be quite good on electricity, no overwhelming bills and it cools and heats a very large area in our house very effectively!

Nice air cond cools a 6x8room quite easily and keeps it that temp heat or cool easy remote cond to use has a top power option that blast the air out heat or cool looks great in room blends in would recommend as it has been very efficient air cond

Unit cools and heats well and quietly. Installation was done quickly by installer. Good features and timer functions allows us to turn it on and off before reaching home to preheat/cool the house. Quiet mode is useful at night to minimize noise disturbance to neighbours from the outdoor unit. Indoor unit is quiet and sleek. Would have preferred non glossy plastics as it can scuff easily and fingerprints can show up on it.

After having a LG split system for 15 years, I opted for a Fujitsu air conditioner and all I can say is wow. This unit is fantastic, the cooling is so efficient for our 3 bedroom home. The array of settings available makes getting the perfect temperature and fan speed a breeze...(pun intended). It's smart eco sensor is great for saving energy.
