On 10th April 2020 I used the Afterpay app and found Gamerholic on their australian site. They had two of the gaming headset in stock and I purchased this for a few hundred dollars through Afterpay. They took my payment but would not give me shipping advice. Still no response after numerous emails and messages to the mobile number provided by Afterpay. Afterpay can not or will not help. In two days I will contact ACCC for a refund as per law. This business needs to be closed down immediately.

I bought games from Gamerholicthree times and can highly recommend the site. As I'm located in remote regional Australia, the $10 flat fee for delivery is a big win and most of the prices of games are better than anywhere else.

So far nothing has been shipped, and it's been weeks. I've received no response to queries and questions via email.

Honestly I'm not sure if I'm ever going to receive the items I payed for.

I usually don't review, but given that there are so many bogus reviews on here, people need to be warned.

Bought something 3 weeks ago. Still has not been delivered. Asked them a couple of questions and Roger Xu takes days to respond. I think it is a front for an overseas company - though not a big issue it is annoying that no-one responds.

Beware that they sell items that they do not have in stock.

Have now asked for a refund.

Won't deal with them again.

I ordered a game off their website with express shipping and received an email that my order was confirmed and they would be in touch shortly once it was sent. I didn't hear anything the entire week so sent emails, contacted them through the website and messaged on facebook asking to please cancel the order and get a refund. I didn't get any responses until a week and a half after my initial order when they tell me they have just now shipped my package, completely ignoring all my previous requests for a refund, before it was shipped. Absolutely terrible service. Will never purchase from again. Don't be fooled by the low prices, go elsewhere for better service.

Back in early January I approached Gamerholic and spoke to a Mr Roger Xu to place a rather large set of orders valued at around $800. Some of the games were not in stock despite their website clearly stating they were. So I thought ok I'll wait and give them the benefit of the doubt despite all the bad reviews, after all its the Australian way to give people a fair go isn't it?. Fast forward to 23rd March no less, I received a package from them with 2 games missing & 4 games damaged.
I am now waiting their response before I contact Consumer Affairs Victoria and the ACCC.

I could not be happier with the service and the price. The staff are friendly and answered all my questions ( I had lots .) The kids just love the games . Thank you so very much!

Placed 3 pre-orders orders in quick succession for star wars legion products and Dragon Shield card sleeves.

Not one Pre-order arrived when the product was released, every instance I needed to email and request shipping. It weeks late on each instance. Twice the orders were missing products.

After a 21 email conversation regarding missing dragon shield Sleeves (Paid $36 and ordered on 29th of May 2022). I was constantly provided with excuses. Today on the 20th of Feb 2020 I received my Sleeves. I paid for stand size 100 packs I received 60 packs of Japanese sleeves.

I unfortunately recommended this company to a time poor friend as their site claimed to have stock for a gift he wished to purchase for me. They delivered the WRONG item, he has since sent it back at his own cost and has had no communication from the company about delivery of the correct item, nor has received an apology or a time frame for delivery of the correct item. Fortunately he made the purchase through eBay so he has the protections offered by that site.
I would spend your money elsewhere - this company is highly unreliable and if anything goes wrong you will be left with a problematic return and delayed refund.

Ordered 4 games, only received 3 of them, they were slow to respond at first then just didn't, never got the missing game or a refund, be wary of this shop.

I am very happy with my purchase. Staff were very friendly to deal with and answered all my questions. This is the second time I’ve purchased from this company and I will definitely do so again. Cheers.

Look at the last few reviews, all users joined on the same day. I call crap.

Continually delayed shipping to save themselves money. They combined items but still charged individual postage costs for each item. Advertised products as "last one available!" and then is able to find more stock at a cheaper price. Extremely poor communication.

Crappy packaging, both games throw into an oversized box, bouncing around damaged edges to 1 of the boxes.

Apparently have 4 or 5 staff but comes across as a 1 person business. I cannot and will not recommend them to anyone.

This business has provided very good customer service. I would definitely buy from here again as it has a wide and growing range of board games Can’t wait to see new releases.

I'm an avid PTCG collector and have always had issues with vendors displaying poor customer service skills or not having the knowledge of the product when putting my order through. Can't recommend Gamerholics enough for their great service as well as amazing product knowledge which assures me to keep using them time and time again!
