Back in April made appointment because nbn wasn’t working. When I hung up I switched modem off and on from power point it worked straight away. I immediately called back to cancel appointment within ten minutes. Was charged the full $158 fee. Surely a cancellation fee of $20 to $40 would have been fair not the full $158 for which I received nothing in return.

Hi. I have an old PC desktop and a Sony Vaio laptop both of which haven't been used for several years. I want to know if the contents of both hard drives can be saved and hopefully put onto an external hard drive that I could then access from a new home computer? Hi Sam, Alas not sure if you really meant how or perhaps how much? How was pre-paid for the first hour ($158) at Officeworks and anything after that was $79 per half hour (opted for auto debit to my credit card). Overall, very happy to pay this for the excellent service in setting up my new laptop. Hope that this is helpful. Kind regards, Anita.

Supplied credit card details but not charged until the work was done and I was totally happy with the results.
First charge is for an hour then 30 minutes increments - I managed to sort a couple of other issues other than the one I booked for - in the time allocated.
I consider the charge rate very reasonable given the Tech who attended was a wealth of knowledge and obviously very competent.
Also, if they can't fix the problem there is no charge!
I am more than happy to recommend and use this company again!

I have an external hard drive with 1TB of data that needs to be trf to another external hard drive.
I need someone to help me understand whats needed to be trf and what can be deleted before I trf this information. There are various birdcall recordings and family videos that belong to my father who has Alzheimers and can not help me with this. This is one of many desk hard drives that need to be trf to smaller portable hard drives. Is this something one of your technicians can help with?

I had Banner come out to help me on Thursday 17th December at 3pm. My problem was that I could not print from my laptop. He fixed the problem, but it didn't last so I called the Geeks and they put me in touch with Banner on the phone. He told me how to fix the problem and that worked. Now it is not working again. I tried to use what Banner had told me on the phone but I can't get the connection between the laptop and printer. So.... my questions are what happens now? Does Banner come out again? A photostick is available in Brisbane from K Mart or Teds Camera shop in the City or on line from E Bay price wise from real cheap to the big dollar range, I would look at K Mart as a start.

my internet keeps dropping out and we have an extender. The phone line is in the back room. I wondered if it needed to have the socket moved to solve these issues. Telstra have been useless. This problem has only been since we went on the NBN. We can see the signal dropping in and out. We had a new modem when connected. Would a new internet point work. Ours is wireless?? so I thought it may be a testa problem. (Perth)

Hi Pauline, They probably do? But just give them a call and ask if they can help you with that. Bear in mind that they charge at flat rate of almost 160 dollars. That covers 1 hour of them being at your home. After that hour there is additional charge. But really, they are so knowledgeable and efficient, that everything got easily sorted out within that time. And I felt it was worth it. (They mention that most things get sorted out within that time - when you call)
