In Jan 2020 I took my Samsung to their shop on Anzac Hgway because I had trouble connecting the charger, They said that their repair consisted of replacing the charging port. Then after two month back to the same problem.They said that it was my fault, they would not honour the warrenty and wanted $120for a new port, When I came to their shop they said they sent it to Sefton Park branch. ned the port and it was working. In fact it was working like new.They just wanted $120 for cleaning the port for the second time. I had a good look at my phone.They lied that they replaced the port in January(the first time),They just cleaned it a bit. They wanted to charge me twice $120 dollars for lying about non existent damage and lying about a need for a new port. Just liers and manipulators.Avoid them like fire.Similar opinion? Don’t use as they are terrible
Dropped off a iPad at Sefton Park to be fixed (volume button and home button) got a quote which was too high so I advised them not to fix. Went to collect the iPad only to discover the front screen was missing. They tried to tell me the screen was broken when I dropped it off (not true) would not replace screen unless I paid them to fix it. Extremely dissatisfied as I have used them before - never again. I now have a broken iPad with no screen and my daughter has no iPad for school. Crap job and crap Customer Service!!!

Great service and price
I've now used the Plympton store a several times for various iPad and iPhone issues and have found their customer service impeccable, repairs promptly done and all at very reasonable price. Highly recommended.

Amazing customer service
My experience with GR phones have always been the best. Very friendly, reasonable and to the point. I met UP (Umang Patel) who was very keen to help me to fix the problem I had with my Samsung phone. Also charged reasonable.I will give 10/10.

Won a Customer
I visited the Plympton store for the first time today with a storage problem on my Samsung Galaxy J3 iphone. The service was excellent and they have won a customer in me if I ever have another problem with my phone.

Helpful and customer-focused
I visited Sefton Plaza showroom and got my touch screen replaced for Nokia phone at reasonably low cost. They also helped me in resolving my additional queries after repair. Supportive team and staff. Would recommend them.

ther is water damaged phone. They fixed my iPhone cracked screen in very affordable price in 30 minutes only!!! Also, got my water damaged device fixed with no data loss, so happy :) They also have amazing range of accessories and 3 locations in Adelaide which are Sefton, Norwood and Anzac highway. We been to all of their 3 locations and all the front desk staffs and technicians are very professional and knowledgeable. Highly recommended!! PS. Their website
