We were highly recommended to the GFE Group from a good friend who had gone with GFE after much research and having now dealt with the company have been very impressed. Paul Graham was very thorough in explaining what was required for our home and how it all worked. The Installers did an excellent job and when the Inspector came to pass our installation he was very impressed with the workmanship and we were connected straight away. That was in March 2022 so we have seen savings already in our first partial solar/electricity bill and will do a lot better in the next due in August.
We would not hesitate to recommend this company now and have already told friends and family how easy the process of installing Solar was too our home.

Our system is performing well, as were going to expand, paid monies to hold panels however now can't contact anyone to arrange refund... being ignored. Very disappointing as tried 3 times and no reply.

James (Sales) was very helpful in assisting us with our choice of panels and inverter. Ben and Matt (installation) were very courteous, efficient and knowledgeable in both our products and their installation. Follow up and support in having Energex upgrade the meter so that we could turn it on was amazing. NOW all we need is some SUNSHINE. !!!! But that is not their fault. Great job guys, thanks heaps. Performing above GFE's prediction of 23KW per day, and our expectations! We have a 6KW system which consists of 21 X 270 Watt Q-Cell Panels and a Fronius inverter / Solax Hybrid and monitoring.
Yesterday (5th September) we produced 29 KW. Today 30.3 KW ! Both lovely sunny days. Bring on summer!
Lowest day was a cloudy day 21KW.
We particularly love the Solar Analytics monitoring app. We can see in real time what we are producing and what we are consuming. This way we can best utilise what we are producing.
We would like to recommend James Wood and GFE group for information without pressure, and ultimately a smooth, professional, quick transaction.

Just like to thank James and the installation guys for their help and professional approach providing advice on the best system to suit us and the installation of our 5Kw solar system. Even though we had a three phase system installed, there were no complications and installation was within a couple of days of agreeing to the quote. I can only hope the electricity provider is as good when they come out to change the meter & connect to the grid.

Solar has been a very profitable investment for us. We have never paid an electricity bill since having solar installed by GFE. Let me reiterate that, not only have we never paid a bill but continue to get credits back each quarter. Unheard of in this day and age where electricity prices keep rising. This family owned small business is amazing, their customer service and quality are exceptional. I highly recommend solar and GFE to anyone who wants to reduce their rising electricity costs.
