I bought a vacuum 10 days ago tried to return not opened told me 8 day policy it was not what we wanted very unhappy wouldn't give leaninesd on a couple of days plz reply?

We were told a 10 day policy. Customer service does not exist at Godferys. When the supplier told them to give a new steam mop and Godferys refused, don't like your chances of a refund.

When you purchase a product from Godfreys and surely will receive a purchase receipt at the very end of the receipt there are 3 policies stated. One of them is the 10 Day Money Back Guarantee and the 90 Day Change Over Option ...etc..
