Sometimes the network coverage is bad. Not very often for the dropouts.
I have not experienced with the data download speeds as my plan is not for data download.

I recently discovered by chance that our SIM cards were about to become redundant in 5 days time due to the Vodaphone move from 3G to 4G. However, once this had become clear, the matter was rectified very quickly and efficiently on the Chat line. My thanks to those concerned.

There is no problem in using the data after it has been set up properly, the speed is fast and reliable.

I used the service for several years and I have decided to move to another phone provider today. The reason is based on the fact that in the current Australian phone market there are cheaper plans to unlimited call overseas while service within the country is almost free or very reasonable. This company makes it possible for overseas spammers to appear as if calling from Australia. A quick Google search will confirm these Indian call centres selling insurance and breaching Do Not Call Register laws are masking their caller ID by using the GoTalk service.
