Sometimes the network coverage is bad. Not very often for the dropouts.
I have not experienced with the data download speeds as my plan is not for data download.
Much appreciate your always excellent customer service.

Not everyone is 'happy' when they connect for a problem on their fone.

So, PPL, keep cool. Gotalk Tech do their best to fix your tantrum!
Its hard to believe that the service is bad, when I had one problem, once and got fixed within mins!

Remember ppl, a phone doesn't have emotions!

Great Live chat facility

The Live Chat facility was great! It is skip the hassle of calling the helpdesk and waiting in lines and to be put on hold. All my request was processed very fast and efficient by Raiza. Really impressed with the service. It is very helpful!

The 3G to 4G switch !!

I recently discovered by chance that our SIM cards were about to become redundant in 5 days time due to the Vodaphone move from 3G to 4G. However, once this had become clear, the matter was rectified very quickly and efficiently on the Chat line. My thanks to those concerned.

After trying to contact gotalk by phone without success with no-one answering given number on website I contacted Adrian on chatline. He was most helpful and answered the questions I had and arranged with another staff member to sort out the problem i had. Excellent service.

I used the service for several years and I have decided to move to another phone provider today. The reason is based on the fact that in the current Australian phone market there are cheaper plans to unlimited call overseas while service within the country is almost free or very reasonable. Overall, my experience with Go Talk was good. All the best with your company.

Facilitates overseas call centre spammers

This company makes it possible for overseas spammers to appear as if calling from Australia. A quick Google search will confirm these Indian call centres selling insurance and breaching Do Not Call Register laws are masking their caller ID by using the GoTalk service.

How do I cancel the GoTalk landline plan as I've got about $120 that would take me years to use but they keep telling me I must keep making monthly payments which I'll never use and that if I cancel I'll lose my balance?

Hi Topsy, are you referring to a Gotalk Mobile Plan? If so we will be able to refund you any excess credit that has not been consumed.

If you are referring to a landline service, please note that Club Telco took over our landline, ADSL, and VOIP services from mid-2012. You may contact them on 138352

I agree with sheeds reply. Also I've found Lycamobile really good option. You could get Lycamobile sim at bigW or any supermarket.
