Purchased 2 different baskets to be delivered on the same day and even double checked with them and they assured me they were together and are on the van for delivery that day. 1 got delivered and I got no kind of confirmation only because I thought to have a look on aus post and find out the other 1 is still in Sydney. When I call the care team they offer no kind of resolution or refund as I did pay extra for the express and to have them dropped off together. Won’t be using them again.

I paid for 2 beer hampers to be delivered to a friend in Qld by a certain date, as a surprize early 60th birthday present. I was told they'd be delivered on the date I requested, so I arranged for someone to be there when they arrived. They never did. They were delivered a week late, with the excuse that they were only allowed to send 1 beer hamper from NSW to Qld at a time. Rubbish. There was no contact from them and certainly no apology. Very poor all round.

3 days late and unable to get onto them. Wish I had read this first before ordering through this company.

Purchased the International Beers Hamper for our boss' 60th birthday. It arrived within 24 hours of placing the order & looked fantastic. Great value for money! Would definitely order again & would recommend.

I wish I had read reviews prior. By 4.30 on the expected day of delivery I thought something was up, Gourmet Basket hand balled me to the courier the courier was rude and hand balled me back to Gourmet Basket. I was promised a call by 9am as if late I DID NOT WANT IT DELIVERED, looks like an after thought. I had to call and follow up now waiting on refund. Not sure about product as I never saw it, don't say next day delivery if not prepared to ensure it happens.

Delivery was a day late- missed the recipients birthday. Sent two emails to gourmet basket and got no reply. I recommend you go elsewhere if you want delivery I a specific date and decent customer service. Gourmet basket you should be ashamed!

The product was appalling and when they add delivery on to the price it is a very expensive gift indeed. I would recommend people avoid Gourmet Basket and shop elsewhere.
