Upon arrival told 2006 model car has old paint.Offered $100.00 extra job to polish car. Groupon voucher included Clay Bar treatment.
This was supposedly done out of sight on wet car.17 mins to wash and clay bar small sedan out of sight. Shocking job and tried to coax extra work at cost of extra $70.00.
Total time of 1 hour 17 mins to wash,vacuum,clean engine bay,clay bar whole car,dry,vacuum, polish whole car,wipe down interior,shine wheels.
Really save your money.
Hard to contact them - I have been scammed by one of their partners!
I have been sold something which was not real. I feel so dissapointed and sad. Groupon should make sure that the partners they work with do comply with what they promise they would do.
Do not use groupon! Worst experience ever.

The Dale Espresso Bar & Cafe - BAD portion
The voucher allowed us to order 2 meals @ $18.50 each and a coffee each. Both my partner and I ordered the salmon supreme breakfast which was valued at $18.50.
When the meal was served we were presented with one thin slice of sourdough, covered with a thin layer mashed avacado, 1 thin slice of salmon and one poached egg on top. The meals were so small that we were still starving after we finished. I am not quite sure who would pay $18.50 for that.
The coffee was okay. We were in a rush so we didn't argue with the owners but it was a bad experience.
This offer was not what they promoted it to be therefore not good value for money. I DO NOT recommend it.

Poor quality dog mattress bed
I purchased a Thick Pet Bed Mattress with Removable Cover (large size) on 11-Oct-2019, it's not a cheap one and I hoped to give my pet dog the most comfortable sleep. But only after a few month, the mat in the middle (aka 'thick mattress'), became crumbly, the cotton whatever inside the mat scrunched up like after washing in washing machine, but I never washed it. The quality is so poor given that price (I paid $40 something + shipping fees), but the quality is not even as good as a $20 one from Kmart. I tried to warn people don't buy it but there's nowhere on Groupon website or App to find product review button for this product. So disappointing!!!
Forget it if your bigger than a C cup
Comes in three sizes as described: 9.5cm: suitable for A/B cups, 11cm: suitable for C/D cups, 13cm: suitable for E/F cups.
I ordered the largest '13cm' as a D cup as I was sceptical about how they would manage the breast weight. They are tiny and although they stick very well they only lift the part of the breast they are stuck to. They would probably work well on silicone implanted breasts but on naturally large breasts, not so good at all.
First and last time we use Groupon.
Purchased item in December and we are still waiting for it. Couldn't even provide tracking. Offered us credit coupon in exchange for our payment.
We contacted Paypal. Then when Groupon funds were frozen by Paypal a tracking number was provided.
Item is still in "transit' to this day. Pathetic.
Avoid this business. Use platforms with buyer protection such as Ebay or buy direct from a physical store.
I purchased two 2000tc sheet sets and one quilt cover set being from the same supplier I thought it strange that I had to pay two separate shipping costs $9.99 for the two sheet sets $9.99 for the quilt set any way the two sheet sets turned up at my local post office without the quilt cover set to cut a long story short it’s been a major drama with Groupon saying there doing an investigation into it then mucking me around trying to get a refund witch I still have not received I will never use this site again it would of been so easy to just go down to spotlight and buy them over the counter!!
Groupon terrible customer service
Bought an item on groupon, item was lost during shipping. Received an email from groupon one month later saying item was lost and they will be sending another one out. 2nd time a month later and still havent received. Turns out item was lost again, took them 2 months + extra week of investigation to offer me a coupon which later found it expires 1 month from the day received... but by then it was expiring next day. spent real money for never receiving the item and was given a refund of credit that expires in one month... funny. Credit has now expired and im completely disappointed didnt even get to spend all the credit. Terrible customer service. Do not recommend groupon
First time I use Groupon! They send you discount coupons for 15% and once you click on "Pay" the amount changes by itself, obviously to a higher amount. Try to ask customer service, they said I used a completely different code, which I never seen before. Asked to cancel and get a full refund. Refund to be processed in 7 business days??? Let's see how it goes. Appalling!
Take more responsibility for the companies they sell for
I bought the coupon for airport parking and parking company cancelled the booking at the last moment. I complained about the company and cancelled the voucher and ask for a refund, but nothing happened. Even after 2 weeks, I haven't received the refund, so I had ask about refund again and they said there was technical issue so didn't process at the first time. They didn't even tell me about any technical issue until I asked again for the refund.
I had to ask twice for the refund and Still waiting it. Hope this time they do it.
VERY VERY BAD EXPERIENCE. Poor communication and terrible customer service.

The Fine print to new customers dont sign up there are easier ways to get discounts that dont expire and take your money and expire your product so you dont receive anything at all. Very Disappointing way of taking people's money by making orders void and not refundable
If life gets busy and things happen your voucher expires no refund on product.
I thought i would surprise my elderly father for a flight in a WAKO plane. The voucher expired which un validated it.so dad did not get his flight. I contacted groupon in the Philippines to get this resolved. Irs a refund so I could Rebook it. could not discuss this with the Australian accounts team.

Do Groupon ever try to order any of the personalized products? The websites are either so confusing or the codes never work. I've had 3 intelligent people try to order my products but it still won't work. Contacted the seller as well as Groupon, they keep telling me that my codes are fine but when I try they always get declined. I don't know what to do and am frustrated as they are Xmas gifts. I'm pretty sure I wasted my money.

I was overcharged by a Restaurant that I booked through Groupon. Manager charged for 5 glasses of wine @ $11 each which we did not order or consume. After contacting the Manager, he hung up on me. Do you do anything about this? The name of the restaurant is Remvi By The Bay Williamstown.

I will start from the beginning. We purchased 4 Groupon vouchers for a 4 people banquet each coupon. Plus there were another 3 persons ordering off the menu. Our booking was for 12 noon . We arrived and were told we made a booking for 2pm and were not ready for us. We at no point of time booked for 2pm. I believe that Remvi had a function the night before and weren’t ready for us. We were agreeable that we would have to wait for our banquet. Although there were only another 2 couples at the restaurant, we were shoved up along a wall where half of us could not get up unless everyone along the wall moved. But my complaint is actually regarding the banquet. It offered a beer or wine with the offer. I went to pay for any extras that we had ordered and on trust I paid the account without really looking at the bill as I did not have my glasses. When I arrived home I decided to check the bill and noticed an extra 5 glasses of wine @ $11 each which we did not order or consume. After contacting the manager he was rude and made up some story that didn’t make any sense. I told him I was going to give him a bad review. I can’t say that maybe we were charged accidentally for someone else’s order, as like I said, there was only another 2 couples in the restaurant.
