Ok coverage and speeds, the only downside is the fact that there's no 365 day plan, and the number becomes expired if you don't recharge

The coverage is OK where I live, better out of doors. I like a prepaid plan and enjoy my cheap calls to the USA and the UK .I like not having a long contract. The staff were most helpful when I had a problem and solved it for me.

I was at total loss to where to turn and what to do with network upgrading! As my knowledge of mobiles is poor I was grateful for support and guidance supplied by Suzette, Customer Service Representative, that made the change achievable

I found the Hello mobile prepaid account excellent value for money. If I hadn't used up the monthly amount in my plan, it was carried forward.

So far it's OK. Prepaid account, I use it for international calls mainly. After shopping around, I found this to be the best value. The service was good and I was attended promptly.

Had a $40 per month plan for 12 months. Good value, reliable network even when travelling in snowy mountains area. Only issue was crackling line occasionally when making calls to South Korea.

Plans are expensive compared to what else is available.,,, Not a lot of data. Though international calls are reasonably good value.

HM's network in Australia is perfect,such as in Brisbane, Canberra, Melbourne, Gold Coast, Sydney, etc. It would be better if HM could provide service overseas to its customers, especially when travelling other countries for a short time but need to receive calls from Australia.
My plan is prepaid ($10 for 90 days) and it helps me save a lot of money compared to other plans provided by other companies.
Customer service is very good because it not only supports several languages but also solves issues very fast.

Hello mobile is an excellent choice for low cost Australia wide coverage for you mobile needs. I have been with them for many years and they are fantastic value for money with enormous flexibility with their plans on offer. I have never had any issues with them in the years I have been a customer. They offer extremely flexible data purchase plans just when you need them and at the right price. Friendly and efficient !!

Ordered a replacement Sim - 10 days later got it. tried to activate it online by kept getting error message. Rang them up and did it, was told all good just wait an hour. Waited and tried but still no activation so rang them back only to fine after 7pm they dont give a crap about you so have to wait another day to call them. Cheap and pretty well crap customer service. will swap asap.
