They have taken money at random intervals from my account without my permission, long after I left Australia and didn't use the service any more. I told them at the outset I didn't want them to have my card details and debit my account, was assured this would not happen. Now trying to get back the $20 they have STOLEN from me, with the help of my bank.

I was with HELLO Mobile for around a month and a half and I had to switch because of how expensive they are. $30 for Unlimited Calls and Text and 1GB of data might sound like a reasonable price, but for the quality of the company and the phone service itself, not worth it...

given multiple calls to customer care to activate mobile network. Installed config settings, mannual reset. mobile network is working fine with other providers. But irresponsible customer services from hello mobile. Tired of waiting 1 month. Least preferred provider.

I was with Hello for a few months but I had to swap because of bad reception in my area. I ported my number to another company, however, this took longer than usual. I rang c/s at Hello to make sure they had my correct dob, etc., After this call they released my number instead of waiting for the other company's request. As a consequence I LOST MY NUMBER.

i have used this SUPA plan for a really long time, n its the worst with its billing and call connecting everywhere in the world other then the number u dialed..their site says 30c flagfall + .02 c per min but its always more then that even when your call is just 20 sec..when i complained they say they round up the min so even if my call connects for even one sec n i could not hear the other side because of over the internet call hopping, they charge .35 cents and this happens all the time...the customer care says their rounding up policy is mentioned in terms and conditions which is so vague and whole pile of info and then they blame me for not checking the terms and condition when they should have mentioned this on the call charges page..

Theiri connectivity drops all the time. I was not able to receive calls most of the time. I had to pres send messages for a few times to catch open connection and have the message send. If you need relaible netwoirk do not go with Hello mobile. They offer cheap deals but they ar enot good at all.

I've been using hello mobile for 3 months now and all is good. No problem with coverage, lots of data and unlimited calls. never got charge over what I use they just stop the internet on your phone.

I've been with them for 1 month now. i think i have to agree with previous reviews, the customer service is a bit funny. other than that, calling and texting and internet browsing is trouble free. i am on the unlimited call and text plan with 1 Gb data. also with 250 mins of free international call. i think 1Gb data is not a lot for me. however, i do enjoy the 250 mins of international calls which is very handy for me.
if they can boost the 1Gb data into 2Gb, that would be great.

The actual phone service you receive with Hello Mobile is fine. The only problem I've had in this regard is that every now and then it somehow switches on to global roaming. I've been getting in contact with Hello mobile to try and see what's going on and they have been hopeless. I'm actually switching to a different company because I have had four separate instances where I've needed to deal with their customer service team and every time I've been let down. If you have no problems and you never have to talk to their customer service team, then yes, this is a good phone company to go with.

You pay for 4 G but you never use it, because after 3 G they just block your internet. The internet it's terrible, you can't never use the skype. The customer service is terrible too...they never have an answer...
Well I would not recommend at all...was the worst thing that I've ever done!

Good service in terms of speed, reliability and price. However - they do not make it very clear, that they charge data per MB. This means that if you send lots of messages through an internet app like WhatsApp, for each little message (that is say 2KB) you'll get charged 1MB. I kept running out of internet (1GB limit) after a couple of weeks every month, and until I went and added up 900 data points, I was confused as to how the data was being calculated. Look for data charged per KB not MB, or ensure you have unlimited data.

It's amazing Vodafone network is actually working! Hello mobile uses this network & to date (2 mths) no real issues. Great valve unlimited calls & 4gb data. Was with Aldi using Telstra but perhaps they no longer want customers? Like all these services it depends where you live, but HM wort a look at.
