convenient second phone
very convenient to have as a second mobile phone for overseas calls to older family members who only have land lines and to be used by friends and family when visiting from overseas

Good service for visitors to Australia
Customer service is good. The supa plus plan suits my needs as a visitor to Australia. Calls to the UK are economical. The only drawback with the supa plus plan is the connection fee of 30 cents each time.

Very suitable for my purpose.
In my area the network mainly used is "roaming" and is not always a strong signal. I use wifi and find it adequate for my needs.

Excellent prodect
I find that it has improved considerably over time and coverage is very good, dropouts are becoming quite rare. I do not have data at present bit I am seriously considering it. Your customer service rep "Rose" in a recent service request was excellent and sorted out my questions very quickly.

good customer service
Hello mobile is sufficient in network coverage. I do not experience phone dropouts and yet to experience having data. I like Hello mobile because it is affordable compared to other service providers.

Best Phone Company Ever!
They have great service, great deals and great staff! Here is my favourite parts:
Hello mobile is one of the only companies with great customer service.
They have great plans and deals. Although other companies do have some good offers for limited times.
Their coverage is great and data is fast!
I strongly recommend this company. I have recently changed to Optus due to a better offer though.
