Stunning Picture

published

This has easily exceeded my expectations and is excellent value at the current price of around $1400. Stunning picture, depending on the source and your setup adjustments. Almost 3D. My wife even told me the picture is "too real". Blacks are dead black. Mostly running it with a Chromecast ultra which has better quality iView and Netflix IMHO. Comes with a separate bluetooth sub, which I don't need, but so far I'm unable to use the sub with any other bluetooth sources.

Purchased in July 2021.

Menu looks like 780p
Tv weighs a ton
Not Bright enough to make HDR POP
Close to 600,700 nitts that needs to push through 2 layers its not enough for the display to uncrush blacks most movies just look black with the backlight on 100 percent
The Q8 is over 1000 nitts,
Slow video processing motion handling is one star
No HDMI 2.1
The Tv is simply not bright enough dont know how hi-sense get away with this
This is a 60 hertz TV
The will use allot more power then a reuglar uled/qled TV
No quantam dot on the 65sx

Purchased in June 2021 at JB Hi-Fi Retail Stores for $1,500.
