Coverage is really good, I had Telstra before Hive and could never use my phone while I was at home, I had to drive a couple of kilometres from home for Telstra to work.

Network coverage is very reliable and data download is fast enough. I am very happy with the service so far

Very Reliable thus far, was worried at first because of how cheap the price was, but I have experienced absolutely no drop outs. Download speeds are great! Really happy with the service and telling all my friends to Join asap!

Network coverage is good at my home, where the other provider was often dropping out. I haven't experienced any trouble or dropouts yet on the Optus network! 4G Data download speed is good though I suspect Optus caps the upload speed. 60Mbps Down - 11.1 Mbps Up. This is probably quicker than our Optus broadband cable connection.

We have only had "Hive Mobile" for a week, but so far we cannot fault the service. The network coverage has been good in all the areas that we have been in, and we haven't experienced any drop-outs.
We have phoned the support team twice and have been answered promptly and pleasantly. Our queries and requests have been taken care of without any stress.
A big bonus is that the "Hive" support staff had been easy to understand as they have had Australian accents.

Only been with them a few days but so far so good.... got to keep my number,Fast data, cheap plans and great service! Definitely recommend A+++

Joined Hive Mobile last week. Was a bit skeptical because of the cheap price - was burnt previously with another provider. Got connected within 12 hours and reception is great. Couldn't have asked for a better changeover from my previous provider. Will certainly recommend.to family & friends.

Its only one week, so far no issues and hope it continues like that. I have already got nephew to join Hive. His Name is Jerome de Almeida, received his sim today.

The switch over from my old provider to Hive Mobile was seamless and efficient. To date, I have no problems with making / receiving phone calls and the data allowance for my needs is very suitable.

So far so good. Keep it up.it is too early to comment. That is all i want to say for now.

Nil dropouts data downloads are good although I don't download to much data, reliable coverage, all in all a good experience.

Tested the customer service before committing, and was not disappointed. Calls are answered quickly after choosing from only one set of prompts.
Joined up 12 days ago. Sim arrival was prompt with transfer and set up a breeze. Phone calls coming through as normal with no problems. The $9.80 plan is perfect if you do not use much mobile data. Comes with 1Gb & unlimited calls and text.

Cheapest monthly mobile plan with 1 GB data, unlimited calls and texts on the 4G Optus network in Australia. Switching providers was simple and quick and haven't encountered a problem with their service yet.

It said 4-24 hours if switch from Optus but the transfer was completed in just few hours altough I though it should be shorter time for me to switch from Optus as they carry the same platform. Sim card delivered within 2 business days although it said 3 to 5 business days in the order. So far so good. Good value for money.

It has worked ok so far. There has not been any problem. I did get some help with getting started

I live in St Clair, there’s only two bar reception. Internet works, but it’s slower. Previous network provider amaysim has all four bars. But the plan is cheaper. One thing I missed is the option to disable voicemail. It is a waste of time listening to recordings when people send messages anyway when they can’t reach you by phone.
