This is the third one we have purchased, wouldn't buy another brand ever again. Absolutely love your products! We use them in our garden and stables. So strong and easy to use.

Hoselink is the beez kneez of garden products in my mind. After many short lived cheap products I decided to invest in quality and I'm over the moon with the hoselink quality and features. The spray gun and reel are just smooth as silk!

I was finding that rolling up and hanging a long hose was becoming difficult because of its weight and if it was left on the ground it became a tripping hazard. I asked a friend's opinion of Hoselink as they had purchased a hose some years back and they were still very happy with it and their retractable hose had obviously lasted, so my choice was easy. Because the hose retracts as I retrace my steps, I find that it doesn't get caught on garden edges and tangled in furniture as was happening before. The retractable hose reel has been a good choice as it's always up out of the way and tidy.

Living in a retirement villa, I had opportunity to play with many brand name hose reels. I found the hoselink system the best due to the auto 'unkinking' off the hose, the ease of unwinding and retraction, the 180 degree swivel and system simply does not leak. The on/off valve right at the hose end is a smart addition.

I was sick and tired of rolling up the old hose and consequently left it laying on the ground. Checked reviews and prices and settled on the Hoselink brand.
Best decision made this summer.

It is an excellent product, I bought for my house 5 years ago still works perfect. Then recently bought another one for my work and going well. It does wind up smoothly without and touch. Always works.

After having problem hoses for years, I have now found one that works for me. No leakages, easy to use,
makes it so much easier for me to move around. Wonderful.

You know what they say about men and new toys? This new toy is working at our place. My husband always left our old hose lying on the ground under the washing line and dangling over the step - all of which were a tripping hazard. Our old hose had a mind of its own when you tried to wind it or put it back on its hook, it was easier to just leave it on the ground after use each night. Now with a simple tug of the hose it is gone. So easy! Sooo much safer!!!

Very easy to purchase & pick up as I live locally. Store staff very friendly.
Set up was simple and it tucks away nicely against the wall which helps as we have a narrow passage.
Quality at this early stage of use seems excellent. I had a tendency to leave the old 20mt hose out unraveled, but the retractable reel couldn't be easier and its operation is smooth.
The different spray patterns on the nozzle come in very handy for the differing requirements in our yard. Highly recommended.

The Hoselink brand only recently came to my attention - and when I mentioned it to colleagues - some were long time users and advocates. So - I put my hand in my pocket - and made my purchase. My hose reel was delivered shortly after - and soon after that - it was up on my garage wall and connected...and - wow - what a revolution!!! You can by hoses and accessories that DO NO LEAK - they do exist... all my variety of purchases from the hardware stores trying this and that were for NOUGHT! Hoselink - has to be my favourite purchase of this year - and probably for a few years back!! Thankyou - 100 times over - love it!!

Nothing but high quality, will never go back to another brand, always so easy to pull the hose out and retracts with ease. Would definitely recommend this over anything at bunnings as in my experience they only lasted 2 months.
