The products are just as shown and described, service is fast and for such a heavy product shipping costs are cheap! The products are of the best quality and while you have to use all of the Hoselink connectors and accessories, the way that they connect so strong yet so easy to do, I wouldn't want to use any other product now. I also got one for my dad who is a paraplegic and has arthritis in his hands and as a gardener at age 76 he thinks it is the best hose he has ever used and really easy to use with his disabilities. The Hoselink is worth every penny! Thanks for such an amazing product.

Wow! I had seen the reviews on Hoselink products before purchasing this, however it's not until you experience them do you realise that you've been missing out for so long. The products just function as you'd imagine a hose, coupling and reel should. I can't think of all the money I've wasted over the years on hoses that kick, crack and cheap feeling fittings that leak and come off. I can't wait until the rest of my hoses fail so that I can add Hoselinks to the rest of my garden

This is not the first 30m reel I have purchased from Hoselink. My wife loves the ease of use and the strong connectors. Would certainly recommend and it wont be the last one we purchase.

This hose is the greatest hose i have ever had. 30 meters is a great length for a hose. Its makes my gardening work so easy. Fully retractable is a wonderful feature.

Recently purchased and installed two Retractable 30m Hoselink Systems (front and rear of house), and other attachments. I bought these one day, after a fight with the old hand winding hose system (which I lost). Anyway, we are now in Hose Heaven - my wife and I both love these systems. Easy to use, Works every time, Quality and a great customer service experience. Why did I wait so long to by Hoselink?

Super easy to use, love the long 30mtr hose it reaches all areas of our garden, really impressed with the quality for the complete unit. I will be ordering a second one soon for the front garden. I would easily recommend this unit to anyone. Wish I bought one yrs ago, would have saved a fortune we wasted money on cheaper ones that never lasted. Super fast postage too.

Have had my new hose reel about 3 weeks now and it is great. The way it retracts and sits neatly on the wall. Would recommend this produce to anyone

We love gardens. We do not have a blade of grass on our property. We have three gardens areas. A winding path around tropical trees and plants, a Japanese style front garden and a courtyard FULL of succulents. This hose is so good. It reaches to all corners of our garden and courtyard and is so easy to pull out and rewind. The water flow control makes it easy to adjust the flow for the specific area. It has made watering our garden a pleasure rather than a chore.

This hose and reel was easy to install and even easier to use. Makes watering the garden a pleasure. Easy to keep the hose up and above the ground while using it & therefore keeping it clean. Rectracted is looks great and so neat and tidy. Very happy with the purchase ended up with two of them so I have the ease of having one at either side of my house.

The 30m length makes it possible that we can reach nearly every square meter of land around the house on our 1000 m block. It'a so user friendly, easy to use and the hose never crinkles up. Couldn't be any happier that we bought this hoselink!!!

Easy to use, makes watering so much easier, then hose retracts perfectly back into its cover mechanism. I don't know how I lasted so long without having the hoselink at home.

Leak free connection. High pressure achievable. Easy to pull out, operate and retract. Love it, bought a cover for it to make it more stealth against my wall. I would buy another for the other side of the house

This is my 2nd hoselink 30M hose reel. The first was purchased in 2011 and lasted for 8 years, many years passed the warranty period. The free gift of Click-on Adapter Set, Super Jet Washer, Classic Round Sprinkler and Easy Turn 2-Way Tap Adapter was an added bonus. Would definitely recommend this product.
