HP envy x360 laptop
Starts off being the best laptop ever. I was so happy with it at first. The battery failed in first year. Wouldn't hold charge. HP support was great the took it 3 times and "fixed it". Battery lasts for a few weeks and will not hold charge or dies really quick. In the second year my hard drive has packed it in.
It's put me off buying another HP laptop.
I hate my HP Laptop
I absolutely hate this product. It’s so slow and frustrating I want to smash it. It has been slow since the day I brought it home. All I want to do is open Word documents from an external hard drive and I can’t even do that. Complete waste of money.
Show detailshp print cartridge warranty policy
I am unable to contact hp via email for a claim on a faulty print cartridge. Their website will not allow me to contact them and their virtual assistant only understands hardeare. They have a warranty policy on print cartridge but it appears they don't want any contact regarding the matter.
Useless incompetent business
Useless inferior products with an incompetent customer service team to match. STAY AWAY FROM HP!!

Do not buy a HP product!
Purchased a HP All-in-One Officejet printer 9010 and it's printhead died in 1.5 years. Being out of warranty, I was told to purchase a new printhead out of pocket and that it wouldn't necessarily fix the problem. At the end of day, was cheaper to throw away the printer than deal with a continuing headache. Terrible reliability and customer support! Will never be buying a HP product again.
I'm about to throw my HP laser printer in the pool.
I've never had so much trouble with a printer. The Laser Jet MFM M23 is the worst printer I have ever owned, gives me constant error messages and fails to print and scan 99% of the time without me having to spend hours troubleshooting. Then the next time I go to use it it's back to having issues. I WILL NEVER BUY A HP PRODUCT AGAIN!

Appalling
I needed a new laptop for a long time, finally decided to get on when it wouldn’t turn on. Clearly they sold me a faulty laptop and instead of first offering me a replacement, they offered to get it repaired. Why? It’s a new laptop I haven’t used yet so they should have offered to replace it. I called them up and they said they need to book with StarTrack to arrange for someone to come pick it up. Once they’ve received it they’ll send me a replacement. Problem is I have an exam coming up and I need a laptop to do it that’s the whole point of bu
... Read moreying it. I told them to put a rush on it and they said they’d put it “on priority”. Liars. They said StarTrack will contact me of when the pick up will be. HP gave me misleading information when the earliest pick up would be. So I stayed home all day until I get a phone call from StarTrack that day that they’ll arrange the next day for someone to come by. I stayed home for nothing. I told them that I have work in the later evening all week, they tell me that if the driver missed me then I’ll have to arrange for another day where they can come back. That’s not good enough because I already told them I can’t wait all day for the driver to show up when it’s time for me to go to work. Today I stayed home waiting for the driver to come by, I even told my workplace that I’ll be coming in late just to wait for the driver. At 4.30pm I still don’t see anyone so I called StarTrack and they tell me that the driver came by at 3.40pm and that there was no one. That’s a big fat lie because at exactly 3.40pm is the time my dad usually comes home so they would have seen someone entering the house in the work overalls. I STAYED HOME FOR 2 DAYS FOR NOTHING. I LOST 2 HOURS OF WORK FOR NOTHING! At this point I am beyond frustrated. I’m furious. I called StarTrack they tell me they can’t send someone back until the end of the week. I call HP and they can’t do anything further other than a follow up with StarTrack and they can’t send me my replacement until they get the faulty one back. When I specifically told them I need the laptop next week for my exam. I don’t need this stress right now. Te amount of disappointment and anger I’ve had with HP in the last week is indescribable. I have been using HP laptops for 10 years and NEVER HAVE I EVER been this disappointed in the how a company delivery their services. TWO COMPANIES IN FACT. All this anger and frustration would never be if they just sold me a proper working laptop. The agent working on my replacement claim is also terrible. She lies about trying to call me when I never received a phone call from her. And her dismissive attitude after I told her how I was mislead by the pick up information. So now I’m 5 days away from my exam and I have no working laptop that doesn’t freeze on me at the most inopportune time.Poor product quality in Reverb G2 and even worse customer service. Avoid this product.
So the strap broke on my Reverb G2 VR headset after a little over 2 years of moderate use at best. The speaker was also intermittent since new but I never got around to returning it. I went to HP to see if they would repair it and they said they would NOT because its not covered by warranty which is only 1yr. So, basically they don’t care and could not care less about their customers. Disappointed at their crap-poor customer service and the quality of their products. It’s a $1,000 product with an expected life of 1yr, is the message they are sending to the market.

I bought a HP printer and have had NOTHING but issues with it. Doesn't work more frequently than it does work, and it's not user friendly in the slightest. Activated a HP smart plan and then my printer refused to connect to my wifi for months, and because my printer was offline, I couldn't even access the app to cancel my plan. Was paying $20/month for over 6 months before I finally was able to get it sorted, and logged on to cancel it. Only to find after the fact that the FULL ink cartridges in my printer were "cancelled" and now can't even us
... Read moree the ink in them. I printed less than 20 pages over the months I was paying for it and unable to cancel it, hundreds of dollars, and now customer service tells me to buy new ink cartridges. I more than paid for the ones I've got. Worst company I've ever dealt with. One of the worst laptops I have ever purchased.
It’s so slow. Takes forever to turn on. Takes ages to open up pages etc. will never purchase another HP LAPTOP is a waste of money… Do not waste your time buying this product..

Avoid HP!!!
Purchased a HP printer a few months ago. We can't scan with it until we signed up for an account with HP - they force you to make an account, else you can't use your product. We had to click off dozens of messages pestering us to allow them to auto-send ink cartridges. We should just be able to say no just once!
A couple of weeks ago we received an email stating that our personal details had been breached.
I asked HP what they were offering customers to make up for breaching our personal information - their response, nothing at all. They think that by simply apologising it makes things right again. will be taking this further.
Will never buy any HP product again
incorrect info caused waste of money
Was going to purchase Black Friday special hp laptop 15s-fq5070tu. Looked good deal and rang HP sales (I have the name of representative and email date). Asked specifically if had backlit keyboard. not available from HP. Purchased from other store.
Received computer and tried to backlight keyboard, no luck. Used online HP messaging. Told me this laptop does not have Backlit keyboard.........Stiff.........asked for telephone contact for complaints. Number doesn't answer, wrong number????
Not only does this computer not have backlit keyboard, y
HP computer and Officeworks, avoid.
Purchased HP 27DP-1002A i7, All in One computer, 21 Sept 22. Returned to Officeworks, outside 30 days, hardware issue. Nightmare with issues from day 1 technician back 7 times, some backup issues, but everthing difficult. As it stands no indication of repair time, not registered on Officework solveup site. They are very busy and will get to it when they can, they need to run HP diagnostics before HP will look at it. I can see months, not weeks of no access to banking, financials, etc etc. Good luck if you go down this path, nightmare.
