I have been very disappointed with my recent experience with this company. I have dealt with this company in the past and had no problems at all. However when recently purchasing new zip blinds I had many issues. Communication has been really bad and the wrong colour tracks were installed.On top of this, the installers destroyed some of my garden and left metal shavings all over my new deck and paving. I have not been contacted by the company and will be seeking further advice on this matter.

Joe from Into Blinds did an excellent job of installing our blinds. He was efficient and professional. Managed all the slopes and unusual angles in our windows without issue. Fantastic!

I had Block out blinds and sheer curtains installed at our new house and they look fantastic. I love them and would highly recommend into blinds to friends and family.

Communication was consistent leading up to appointment. Sales person pointed out something that two other companies didnt and she quoted me on the spot. Needless to say I made a booking within an hour of her leaving!

We had an in home measure and quote. We paid our deposit on the day and were waiting installation. We have since received a call saying they miss quoted and the works will now be double the price. They would not honour their quote we paid for. We are now waiting on a full refund.

Contacted Into blinds for a free measure and quote. Very quick response time and at a time that was convenient for me Milad provided the in home measure and quote. He was friendly and professional, helped us to decide which option would best suit our house. Competitive quote provided, temporary blinds arranged and happy with the service overrall.

Elli did the measure & quote, very knowledgeable. Thrilled to say how happy we are. Joe did the installation and was an absolute gun! Very professional, polite, did an outstanding job.

Nidhi came out today to Kilmore to do our final measures on our blinds and plantation shutters. Even though blind measurement was not stated on his to do list as we requested he was more then happy to do our final measure for us, we were very happy with his services and would definitely recommend.

I had to chase them for a quote and still I have not received what I asked for. I specified very clearly in my email that I needed 3 different quotes (upstairs, downstairs and both). Initially, I did not receive any quotes from them but after a few follow-ups when I did receive it, it was only for downstairs. I did reply back about 2 weeks ago nothing till now. Also, I was told that they would come and measure at home (currently being built) so I had to take a day off from work but the sales consultant didn't even measure and simply asked me to send them the plans. They could have just asked me that and I wouldn't have to take a day off.
