When my AC went down Last week I estimated at least it would take a week to get somone to have a look at it and another 2 weeks to get the parts. One Call on Monday morning to J & R Refrigeration the tech was on site in half and hour and the parts were ordered and the AC was back in action 2 days later. It is Just unimaginable in Cairns. All techs were very professional. Other service organisations in cairns should take a leaf out of J & R Refrigeration's book. Just good old fashion service. Well done
