Perfect customer service
Had a problem with courier not delivering to home address. Instead my item was taken to a pick up point. I had paid for express delivery. Contacted JB to tell them I was very unhappy. They were excellent and arranged to have my item delivered the next day although they were not to blame. Really impressed with the friendly, helpful staff

Fav store these days

I have been having endless problems with my large screen LG TV its been repaired 4 times so far this store has tried its best on every occasion to sort the repair but now the extended Lemon warranty is trying to evade replacing the TV. The store manager Marie has been very helpful she even spoke to LG on my behalf. Her attitude to me as a customer has been excellent and has made every attempt to help me. I wish her all the best and hope to get continued support to distressed customers like myself.

Bought a Samsung 9
I bought a Samsung 9 from here wow the person that served me was so focused on me instead of serving 10 people at once. He answered every question i had abiut the phone. Told me the good and bad but more good then bad. Sold on the phone I said very profesdional

jb hi fi stocklands west burleigh. bought tv and kept loosing picture. turns out it was box i was useing.rang the guy who sold tv. he said we will exchange no problem. rang later told about box. this man was really concerned for the customer and very helpful.top sevice

Terrible Service
I went to JB Hifi Capalaba yesterday to purchase a new TV. I spoke with a saleperson and we agreed on a TV, he said he'd check to see if in stock, I said I didn't want a demo. He said he had two left, he gave me around a $10 discount only. I got home and opened the box and found that everything was already unwrapped, finger prints on the screen, loose screws, a few pieces of broken plastic, etc. When I took the TV back, they said that the sales guy would have told me that it was a demo, effectively saying that I knew and had a change of heart.....Read more
..my response....why would I pay almost full price for a second hand demo TV? An absolute disgrace...I'm out of pocket having to make two trips to the store with nothing to show for it...will not be using JB HiFi again...they wonder why people prefer shopping online.Similar opinion? Impressive Service
I ordered a FitBit Flex 2 and it was delivered to my house 24 hours later for less than $5. The price of the Flex 2 was better than I could buy from FitBit directly and delivery faster.

JB Hi-Fi would not help us find our purchase date
Our TV of just over 1 year old got a white line from top to bottom. Could not find the receipt and our online bank credit card only goes back 3 months.I phoned the JB Hi Fi store and was advised that they could not help me find the purchase date which the Manufacture needed to be able to fix our TV.
When we purchased the TV we gave the store all of our details. We run a business and we can find any transaction by doing a customer search.
Very disappointed JB Hi-Fi

Do not buy Apple products from here!
As tempting as it is to save money, do not buy Apple products from here- after buying an iPad Pro for my daughter for Christmas we opened it up to find it had a small hairline crack underneath the screen. JB state that they offer warranty and replacement for faulty products but this was not the case with Apple products when I tried to return it the next day. I got rude customer service and was told to send it away to Apple at my cost. This is actually not the first time I have bought a faulty Apple product from JB.

Waited 2 days and it still hasn't arrived
I bought this online to try and save myself a trip to the shop. Ordered it at midnight on a Thursday and still haven't received it on Saturday . Order is still in processing. Trying to cancel my order .I recommend you save yourself the hassle and just buy in store.

Friendly service
I purchased a Panasonic digital tv with home theater system. Did not know much about it or how to put it together. I received a very friendly helful service. They show me many different option, the sales person was not pushy at all. He was very kind and honest. Westfield Carindale JB Hi Fi store. I will return. Thank you

Outstanding Customer Service
We purchased a Kenwood K-Mix stand mixer 7 months ago. On the whole it as been great but a design flaw would see the plastic collar that locks the bowl into the stand snap (this really should be metal). Kenwood would replace it along with the bowl each time this happens but the warranty process would take around a month. The last failure was two weeks before Christmas so we called JB's to see if they could assist. They arranged an immediate refund & provided a substantial discount on an alternate mixer. Everything was resolved quickly and easily (which is fantastic when you have two small children with you).

Overcharged and made it difficult to get a refund
I purchased a TV set from JB HiFi and intended to pay with an Amex card until they said there was a surcharge of almost $30. So I said I would pay with a Mastercard that had no surcharge. I later discovered that I had been charged the Amex surcharge even though I used a Mastercard. I rang the store which is about 8 KM from where I live and asked for this to be corrected. They seemed uninterested and said that if a come in they may fix it. I asked why this can't be done on the phone and they were not interested in progressing that. It was a total lack of care for a mistake they had made. I will not shop there again having bought many things in the past.
I expect some service where they have made the mistake.
