We had Brad Tatlor franchisee with Jims install a antenna which wasn't an easy job because of new high building being built around us and the fact that we the tenants didn't fully understand that hitting Auto Turn was alternating the setting Brad had installed but brad was very professional and came back and showed me step by step how to do a manual set up if ever needed again stressing to only do this if we installed another TV.
I would and will recommend Brad Taylor from jims antennas to any one.

We were very happy with service from Jim's Antenna's from the point of calling to arrange someone to come out, through to job completion. Rob arrived on time, assessed what the issue was and gave us options to consider. He was able then to complete the job on the spot. Rob made sure everything was working and he encouraged us to call him if we had any issues after he left - but no need as everything has continued to work perfectly. We could not be happier that we called Jim's Antenna's and would definitely recommend!

5 mins after enquiring, Rob was on the phone and a time was organised, one the day he let me know he was on the way, then when he arrived. A complicated job and more than we expected, but Robert worked thru the options until the perfect placement of the TV was made, friendly, professional and passionate about what he does.

Lost the majority of our reception after some Foxtel work. Explained the issue to another antenna company who advised I would need a new antenna and booster for about $700, without even inspecting the problem. Also they couldn't come out for about a week. Jim's arranged for Andrej to contact me which he did within an hour of my call. He came out the next day and fixed the problem in about an hour for $120. Good bloke and good job.
