very impressed phoned back as promised, arrived as arranged tested my antenna, informed me of problem
what it would require to fix. fixed as requested very polite would recommend service toanyone.

We moved into a new house and couldn't get any TV reception. We called Jim's on Friday and Steven called us back within half an hour. He came to us on Sunday morning and arrived exactly on time. He was friendly and professional and sorted out our problem immediately. He explained to us exactly what the problem was and fixed it on the spot. I would highly recommend Jim's Antennas and would not hesitate to use them again.

We are more than pleased with our Jim's antenna man, he was so efficient and obviously new his products, he installed our new T.V. and got the reception working to its ultimate, he was polite and went through everything showing us how to work out new T.V. and we cant praise him highly enough, he checked the 'old' aerial and made sure we understood everything

Yay, got all the channels now (first time ever), the pixels are back to normal and have lived in Mackay for nearly 3yrs. Took such a short time to carry out the repairs. Graham was fast, he made the job look easy and the price was fantastic

The whole service from first call tonpayment of job was fast quick and easy. I rang on tbe day he gave me a time he could come and arriced before that time Brad was polite chatty friendly courteous at all times. He talked me through the whole job in and out in a 20 mins fixed the issue.
