Mark from Jim's Antennas not only arrived before the agreed time-frame but was also genuine in answering all of our queries. Mark was polite, professional and not pushy at all - he gave us a quote and wished us well as we decided to have a think about it before going ahead with the installation. We called him the same day and he worked around our schedule to fit us in within the next couple of days. Installation was perfect - Mark was thorough and even assisted our neighbour (who dropped by to visit) with their enquiries about fixing up their own antenna! Would definitely recommend and will be a return customer should there be any work in future!

Initially Stewart told me he could only attend in 3 days due to a heavy work load commitment. Although I agreed with this timetable he rang me back 20 minutes later to say he could fit me in in 10 minutes if that was OK. He attended promptly & completed the work, a relatively simple job, in 15 minutes. Very professional and obliging.
