Jim's provide prompt and timely service and installation of a new antenna point. Tradesman was polite and thoughtful (removed shoes on entering house & ensure he had completely cleaned up after himself, removing all plaster dust etc.) and completed a quality job. A variety of payment methods made payment straightforward. Very competitive pricing.

Grant was confronted with quite a difficult job; the installation of a CAT 6 cable in a downstairs home office. He had to think how to get the cable across the roof and down into a solid bunker with a concrete roof. Because he needed to lift the roofing to achieve all this, he also installed a TV aerial and three access points. It was a long job but one Grant did with patience and diligence, care and attention.

Attended same day. took off boots to come inside. was able to fix problem. had the right tools. was pleased with work, cleaned up afterward and ensured things were working. Explained fix and what to do if things went wrong again...! Would deal with him most definitely again if I had to!

Great service. Call centre put me straight through to a franchise in my area. Same day service. Easy option of payment - eftpos machine. Franchisee had iPad to email a receipt.
No issues to date with antenna.

Tried the Hobart locals but received no replies.. Rang Jim's, appointment booked within 2 hours. They were that busy pre-Christmas that the guy from Launceston looked after us! Installed our TV wall bracket and antenna to three points without a hassle. Checked all services worked correctly - could not have done a better job!
