We needed the antenna replaced at my dad's place and arranged for two obligation free quotes. We ended up going for Jim's because of the price and the installers friendly attitude to the query. I would like to recommend Leigh after the fantastic job he did at my house which I recently purchased at St Andrews Beach, Mornington Peninsula. He had to trace multiple existing Coaxial cables to find all existing faults. Got all 4 points required working which involved crawling under deck and floor and running one new cable. One of our TV outlets stopped working. After we contacted Jim's through the website, Nick called us within minutes and arranged a time to come around that was convenient for us. He arrived on time, had a look through the confusing rat's nest of cables in our ceiling, and figured out a fix that allowed him to solve the problem quickly with no re-wiring required. Great service. Jim's will be our first choice if we ever need cabling or antenna work again.

NBN arrive on time, only to report that my Modem had to be installed near the external phone terminal and not near my computer in another room. The technician they were going to send failed to arrive, so asked Jim's Antennas if they could help. Simon Thornton arrived next day, gave me a quote to run a coaxial cable from the external terminal through the roof area and down to a connection point in the study. All done in about 2 hours, neat as ninepence! Settled on the spot and NBN connected today. Only delay is waiting for the phone to be reconnected to the new supplier.

If only I had the opportunity to speak with our local fellow, rang the 1300 number twice was hung up on both times with the automated answering machine telling me there was no voice mail for this extension - all I wanted to do was speak with the fellow who fixes the antenna’s to book a time. I suggest rather than holding these local trades to ransom just list their preferred contact details to save us all the trouble of the 1300 garbage

Michael from Jim’s Antenna’s was great. We live near powerlines so our reception was not great. New antenna, new connections and clear channels on all three televisions. Very reasonably priced and Michael was friendly and explained everything to us about the work he was doing. Highly recommended.
