I booked a service for weed removal. At first glance the garden looked good, weeds had been removed. On closer inspection the following day we discovered that two of our well established plants had also been ripped out!! Not a word from the gardener about this. Really disappointed. Will not be booking [Name Removed] again.

A great experience from initial posting of my request to the successful completion of my gutter cleaning job. Communication was great, the team arrived on time, the quote was excellent and they did the work straight away. Did the job really well and cleaned up well after. Can't fault the service.

Needed basic gardening but Jim’s put me on to some guy who had no idea how to do basic gardening tasks. Gave a quote but then tried to charge more and did less. I had a once off job to work out if it was worth getting Jim’s more regularly and I wouldn’t trust them to mow the lawn.

John was incredible. He was so flexible and worked around our schedule. He did an incredible job on super short notice and was such a lovely person to top it all off. Very grateful and very impressed :) Thank you so much!

Mark was on time and did a fabulous job of making my lawn look fantastic. Care was taken while doing the edging near the garden, not damaging any plants.
