Called Jim's Plumbing last night to fix a hot water service. Was given the callout and labour prices and told that a plumber would be there between 8am-11am te next day. At 8am the plumber arrived. He quickly assessed and fixed the issue and the hot water was working again. Very easy to deal with, very clear process and simple pricing. Plumber was a really nice guy. The follow up customer service call was a nice touch. Thanks for the help.

This is the first time we have used Jim's Plumbing & are very glad we did! We made an urgent call over the phone for blocked pipes & leaking sewerage into the backyard & in less than 30 minutes we had the help we needed at our doorstep. The staff member was polite, took the time to explain the situation to us & we had the situation resolved promptly.

I needed a cistern looked at as it kept running water through. The plumber arrived when he said he would, was through in his explanation of the problem and solution, fixed it quickly and even cleaned up afterwards. It's also handy that I could pay using eftpos on the day.

A pleasant experience calling a tradie that turned up on time, who was neat and professional in his approach. My clogged toilet is now working and I have a guarantee of one month that it will not clog again. I was able to pay with my credit card as the plumber had a portable eftpos machine in his vehicle, great convenience.

Just would like to say a huge thanks to the plumber that came out and unblocked my drains. I had a blockage in my drains and he fixed it straight away. Happy with the price. He came out to my house only about an hour after I called. He fixed the drains in no time. the water was coming up through my drain in the main bathroom and a horrible smell. The plumber was really helpful, friendly and i will recommed to all of my friends. Cheers :-)

Recently, My husband and myself had been having multiple issues with our drains not clearing properly. I used Jim's Plumbing as they were able to come and clear our drains straight away. There prices were fair compared to the other plumbers we rang. 45 minutes after ringing, we had a friendly plumber at our door. 2 weeks later, we have had no problems since.

Jims plumbing fixed my hot water boiler on the weekend.They attended Saturday night and rplaced the broken part and it was not long before we could use hot water again to have a shower.I would use them again as it was hard to find a plumber to come out on the weekend and the plumber was helpful and the price was not too bad considering it was Saturday night.
