a former favourite, quality has gone downhill
Physical storeUsed to love Jo Mercer but have found my most recent purchases to be uncomfortable and poorly constructed. Furthermore their customer service, online, is dreadful! Not helpful or understanding at all.

Physical storeShopped at Harbourtown Outlet Adelaide. Shop assistant Frinee was pleasant, friendly and extremely helpful . Love my new shoes, will definitely return and hope to be served by Frinee again. Thankyou !
